The FBI devolved into an organized crime group like they used to prosecute.
Part of me thinks it started with the CIA vs Cartels. As the CIA stockpiled more and more illegal contraband and drugs, someone looked at the pile and said, "Do we really need to burn it all? I mean, I could just take a little and sell it. I deserve to make more than my measly salary. If I take a little, no one will notice."
Next thing you know, the CIA is setting up front companies and taking over the cartel trade and making billions from it. If they share some with members of congress, who would rat them out?
And this, the DC money laundering operation launched like a rocket. Everyone in office wins big. Everyone becomes a multimillionaire. The FBI thought, hey, we can do that too. We'll engage in just a little white collar business. We can investigate businesses, tap their lines, and figure out which trades to make in the stock market.
I am convinced the Intelligence Community writ large makes untold billions, perhaps trillions, and spreads it all out amongst their allies in DC so that no one is ever held accountable.
After all, who investigates the CIA and FBI? They are at the top of the food chain.
The CIA and the FBI didn't "become" corrupt. They began as agencies of the Rockefellers and their ilk, designed by them, and put in place by them, specifically to allow them to commit crimes. The FBI is, I think, largely controlled opposition. If you are going to commit crimes, it's best to create the police force.
The CIA on the other hand isn't just "controlled opposition," it is, and has always been, the acting arm of the largest scale criminal syndicate on the planet, under the direction of the Rockefellers et al.

The beginning of it, that shows the creation of the corporate world, is found on the website I made for it. Sorta a self-published book. It shows that there is only one corporation in the world, and one group of people that runs it.
The next part (section 6) which shouldn't take too much longer is all about the creation of education, medicine, and science. It shows that all of those things are controlled by the same monopoly. All designed and controlled by Rockefeller et al.
We can't "fix" the education or medicine systems we have. They are broken at their core. School and science are designed to create false beliefs, and medicine is designed to kill people. That's not just rhetoric.
The part after that (section 7) will be about our one world government systems, and finally the section after that (section 8) will be all about the media, CIA, and FBI; who created them, why, and what these systems have done.
It's all written (98% of it), but putting it all together in a way people will be able to see is difficult. It will be a little while before I get section 8 out. Probably a few months.
I'm really struggling to get out section 6 (education, science, and medicine). It's intended to be a red-pill, which means it has to be airtight AND presented in a way that won't be immediately rejected due to cognitive dissonance. When people see...
Let's just say, it's gonna be brutal.
Once section 6 gets out though, the rest should be much easier to put together. When people understand what education and science really is... I feel like once that hurdle is jumped, the rest will be much easier to see, and I can take the kid gloves off a little bit.

I'm fairly certain the United States Corporation Company is exactly as it's name implies. It is a company designed to create corporations in the various states.
A corporation can only do business in a state if it is incorporated there, thus the reason for their being a company that incorporates in almost every state.
It is not good evidence that the United States is a "corporation" or that there has been a corporation laid on top of the real United States.
In point of fact, the United States is a corporation, but it was from the very beginning. The problem is, people don't understand what the word "corporation" means. To "incorporate" means to create a "legal person." This legal person is a fiction that can be sued (get in trouble with the law) as if it were a real person. While it has many uses, in practice it seems to be used primarily as a barrier between criminals and their crimes.
From the very beginning, the governmental corporation called the United States has been used for criminals to commit crimes. These criminals have enjoyed protections which were realized through this legal fiction.
The only difference between a corporation as we think of it (IBM, Ford, Amazon, etc.) and the United States Government Corporation, is one of which authority created it. In the case of IBM, etc., a State (another legal corporate fiction) was the authority (in other words, all "corporations" as we know the term are legal fictions created by legal fictions). In the case of the US Gov., the people (Natural Persons, not legal fictions) who signed the Constitution were the Authority who created it.
Perhaps there's not as much to those two companies as I thought, but what about the strange addresses like with Imperial Consolidated?

I believe the answer to the last question about U.S.A. being within the United States is that the United States is a corporation created when the constitution was ratified, whereas U.S.A. is a corporation created by Congress after the Civil War, and you have citizenship under that corporation because of the 14th amendment. As I understand it, this is why constitutional rights never apply when you're in court, because you are presumed to be acting in your capacity as a franchise of the U.S.A. which was not formed by the constitution but by Congress, ( which is inferior to the constitution because the constitution created Congress, and you are inferior to Congress because Congress created your legal person when they ratified the 14th amendment) and therefore different rules apply because your 14th amendment citizenship was created by Congress, which means your citizenship was created by Congress and therefore any act of Congress applies to you regardless of whether or not those acts/statutes/etc. infringe upon your constitutional rights.
The "D.C. as a corporate overlay" concept is questionable. Looking at the articles of incorporation in 1871 for D.C. (which I can't find atm, but it's in my notes somewhere) you can see that the President of the U.S. is the CEO of that municipal corporation, the senate/congress are the governing body of it, and the federal court system is also the court system which has jurisdiction over D.C. municipal corp affairs. In other words, it is possible that laws passed by them that are perfectly legal in D.C. are illegal in the US proper, and other than in a court of law (which are all fundamentally compromised because our entire current legal system was created by the Rockefellers) there would be no way to tell the difference (I think). However, even if that is true (for which i can't find further evidence other than the initial conflict of interest) that would just be a legal loophole and misses the larger fuckery.
In other words, it's not impossible that there is a corporate overlay, but it's not really important, because the entire system is designed to commit fraud, from top to bottom, and it has been since the beginning, from the Constitution itself. That is why they threw away the first United States corporation, founded by the Articles of Incorporation. It didn't have enough fuckery in it, so they created the second US from the Constitution, that everyone believes is so great.
It's not great, it contains the ultimate fraud.
As for the companies themselves (US Corp Company, CSC, etc.) I don't mean to downplay the significance of these entities. I have no doubt whatsoever they are designed to commit fuckery by the Rockefellers et al. If you read my report on how the corporate world was created it will give you a better sense of what that means.
As of what I have out right now, the report is about 1/3rd done. I hope to have substantially more out soon.

The FBI was always, from day one, an organized crime unit. It was started by Rockefeller and his crew, and J. Edgar Hoover, who ran the place for the first 37 years, was a Rockefeller agent. The FBI has always served as a "crime fighting" unit at the behest of those who sit at the top, committing the biggest crimes.
If you know there is going to be opposition to your work, it is best to control the opposition.

Hard to tell. Clearly, there is a major loophole in the current law that allows the FBI to create fraudulent applications and get away with it.
The fix would take legislation. Imagine all the blackmail the FBI has on nearly all of congress?
The FBI may be able to force congress to keep the law as is, because it gives the FBI Supreme power.

This seems to be one of the reasons that a corrupt system cannot be corrected from within itself, but must have some kind of external force working to overcome the internal corruption.
I don’t think the dismissal was “with prejudice” which means Page can make the indicated corrections and refile. Procedure is often as important as fact. Better to get it right at the beginning. It appears the Judge may recognize the merit in his case and is helping him present it correctly.

My interpretation from the judge ruling on this is that there is no penalty written in the law for agencies that falsify applications for FISA applications. They can get reprimanded by a judge, such as Collier, but if there is no actual penalty for falsifying applications, I have a feeling they won't stop doing it.
By the judge's logic, the FBI can now create false applications on whoever they want and there is no penalty for it. There is zero common sense to this unless the law was intended to provide this loop hole on purpose.
I imagine the FBI and CIA consulted on the language to be drafted for the Patriot Act. Perhaps they made sure the law was written to provide them massive power over surveillance of the American Citizens.
