FYI, the Sponsor already has the cash needed to execute their 3 month extension option, so worst case we will likely have 3 more months for it to complete.
Instead of asking "Why wouldn't shareholders vote Yes?" ask yourself "How many shares are owned by the deep state in anticipation of a phony SEC investigation?"
Remember how quickly DWAC spiked then came down last year. That could have easily been a massive purchase by hedge funds using fake Fed money.
Also, check your email. If you have a broker, additional information along with a link to the vote may come from them. You should have also received phone calls reminding you to vote. For more info, see link below:

2. Adjournment of Meeting
BOARD RECOMMENDATION: FOR
Approve the adjournment of the Special Meeting to a later date or dates, if necessary, to permit further solicitation and vote of proxies in the event that there are insufficient votes for, or otherwise in connection with, the approval of the Extension Amendment Proposal, which we refer to as the “Adjournment Proposal.”
I contacted my broker Freetrade in the UK this morning and they said that they will not facilitate a proxy vote. I think I'll just ask them again how I do it without their help.
Just spoke with Fidelity, they haven’t received the update from DWAC for the broker/dealers to extend. As soon as they receive they will update and you can vote from your Corporate actions page. But as of right now, can’t vote from there.
Unfortunately we foreigners don't have the ability to vote. At least that was what my stockbroker (one of the larger ones in my country) wrote in their FAQ.
I don't think I can call some number in the US, because how do I prove to them that I have bought X number of shares?
If you own shares it is your right to vote; you can call fidelity to get a proxy number or call (786) 677-4893, in addition to (786) 206-8970, for step-by-step assistance on how to vote. Stockholders can also continue to vote by internet or by phoning the Company’s proxy solicitor, Saratoga Proxy Consulting LLC (“Saratoga Proxy”), at (888) 368-0379 or (212) 257-1311. Votes will be accepted up to and during the adjourned meeting. If stockholders have any questions or need assistance, please call Saratoga Proxy at (888) 368-0379 or (212) 257-1311.
The Company also announced that it has provided a third telephone line to facilitate the voting process for shares held in “street” name. Stockholders can now call (786) 677-4893, in addition to (786) 206-8970, for step-by-step assistance on how to vote. Why would any shareholder not do this if they know about it?
You can either vote yes or take way less for you stock.

Remember how quickly DWAC spiked then came down last year. That could have easily been a massive purchase by hedge funds using fake Fed money.
Also ask how many shares are "owned" by foreigners, that are unable to vote...
Yeah, they should have made a non response a "yes" vote.
It requires 65% of stockholders to vote yes. It’s not about people voting no it’s about people not voting at all
