That is a factually untrue statement, according to the Constitution (NOT referring to the bogus 16th Amendment and income tax, only to the forms of taxation the Constitution does legitimately and expressly provide for).
If your position is that the Constitution literally prescribes theft, then that's a viewpoint you'd need to defend, since it's absurd on its face; but IMO it would be really difficult.

In this case though, the wealth redistribution has already occurred through taxation under the illusion of legitimate government. Royalty and nobility is a total farce and always has been.
I don't see it as wealth redistribution, I see it as recovering stolen wealth from thieves and seizing blood money from murderers. It would be the same outcome, but the packaging is very important on this issue -- because the packaging sets a precedent and rationale.

I found that title while researching someone's ancestors. They had two who had that title. According to what I read, the groom wasn't really there to wipe the royal butt. He was there to look at the crap and make sure the king was healthy. And he might possibly have cleaned the stool. It was a prestigious position, as he would be around the king more than anyone else and knew everything that was going on. The "stool" was a box with a padded top with a hole in it. There was a door on the side for removing the used chamber pot to empty it. They were typically covered in purple velvet cloth tacked down with gold tacks. There was also a hinged lid to hold in the odor.
