Reminds me of some advice my mom gave me years ago. She said never date a man who wears a pinky ring. No idea how she came up with that, but I followed her advice.
I was told to stay away from men wearing pinky rings as a kid growing up too. My parents never enlightened me as to why to stay away from them. Now I wish they'd at least gave me a hint. Aint getting any further info from them now. Both have passed. Interesting. Must dig
Same, but after thinking about my own experience I once worked for the VP of a company as Administrative Assistant. He wore a gold signet type pinky ring. He fired me for smacking him with a ruler. I was leaning over a conference table putting several reports around the table for the managerial staff. He came up behind me and put his hand on my butt. I turned around a whacked him the face with one of the rulers I was putting on the table. Fired me on the spot.
Good for you! Shouldve been a baseball bat. Aluminum! It's gone on long enough. My mom had a similar experience on a job. My dad, and all 4 of her boys showed up. He never even considered another woman after that meeting. Mom just smiled!
Signet Rings possibly, denoting heritage/status. Interesting article on Charles' ring from an odd source- also goes into the Middletons adopting rings before Kate's engagement to Wills too. Note Chas wears it over his wedding band, indicative of a primary commitment?
I can't verify they are all the exact same ring...every instance of the above image showing all three rings is in potato resolution. King lizard's ring is the crown with iron crosses and the three 666 feathers poking out of the top, with ICH DIEN (I serve) text below. I'd be curious to see if the other crooks have his insignia or something else. I'll keep digging...
This is absolutely wrong and the sort of post that makes this movement look like morons. They are signet rings, nothing to do with Lord Of The Rings or any other book concerning rings. I wear one as do many others, my wife isn't allowed to wear mine because it's a crest but she has a ring of the family coat of arms. Some people buy them because they think it elevates them socially, so there is a big market for antique signet rings. For anyone wanting to research family crests, you'll often find 9x10 that the person wearing the ring isn't actually of any lineage to the original family. Perhaps refer to Burke's Peerage or The Hereldry Soceity or The College of Arms. In no way shape or form does wearing a ring on your pinky identify you as a pedo, just makes you look like an uneducated redneck.
Wait, I'm uneducated, as far as going to a college and getting a degree. Grew up rural. Drive two 4wds. Do I qualify as an uneducated redneck? Maybe I need a pinky ring to have the title? Ease up on the uneducated redneck. Liberals with college degrees come to work with me so I can teach them how to do their job, and I make more, much more than they do. So, how about we say, it makes people look like an educated liberal instead? Much, much more appropriate.

Hmmm, in Victorian times, it meant the men were not interested in marriage. It was good advice.
1 pinky ringed dude broke her heart once.
She said never again!
KEK, I doubt it, but my mother had a keen eye for things that weren't quite right.

KEK. Good Dad.
Any man that uses a bunch of rings (other than an engagement one), bracelets, chains or whatever is kinda sus imo.
At least I don't feel any need to adorn myself with anything.
I have two silicone wrist bands, an orange one that says WWG1WGA. And a blue one that says, NCSWIC.
And yet you failed to post a link to where we can get these. ; )
I got them on ebay. The businesses is in Utah, they custom print anything you can fit on the band.
Ok, that's different, still wouldn't use those myself. but I meant more like bling-y stuff
Wow. Amazing pattern.
