In a meeting, announcement about a guy in the floor who sits near me just passed away. Young guy, overweight, always wore a mask. Likely inoculated with experimental injection taking into consideration of the fear for breathing fresh air. Person announcing saying cause is “unknown”. Also mentioned the point that he had “covid”.
Nobody wants to ask the question, the obvious question. The capacity to draw the lines between some obvious markers is fucking astounding.
My friend told me that whenever her sister in law thinks she's been exposed to covid, she sleeps with a mask on. In her own house. In her own bed. Sorry about your coworker.

So, I go out to feed the birds this morning and the bird feeder looks like it has been ransacked. It looked like it was broken (and it partially was), but I righted and repaired it somewhat, then fed the birds.
What did I do? I praised GOD anyway.
Then, I come back inside for my own breakfast, look out the window and a bird was sitting on the top of the base of the birdbath looking at me. The bowl of the birdbath was overturned on the ground (thankfully not shattered).
What did I do? I praised GOD anyway, pick up the bowl and replaced it, levelling as best I could. Then I refilled it with water.
It's gonna be 100°F here today reportedly. I bet those birds were gonna get thirsty...until...
GOD PROVIDES. He works through us to do it.

Trump left and went silent for a bit, but did you notice DeSantis during that period? He started talking like Trump and using the same hand gestures. It felt phoney, but we were so starving for a win that I think many didn't notice.
As soon as the talking point became DeSantis instead of Trump, all the Never Trumpers I knew jumped on the DeSantis train. I knew something was up.
Then I found out about his Yale secret society ties to The St Elmo Society. St Elmo was one of the oldest fraternities at Yale aside from Skull and Bones. Again, I wanted to remain hopeful, but the phoniness on camera made me do a gut check.
His name used to be listed on the Wikipedia page for St Elmo Society, but it has been removed. Why would it need to be removed?

I just watched the Denzel Washington Macbeth (yes, I know they went woke with the casting) and I have a new appreciation for the play now that I know more about the history of tyrants and have seen it first hand and can appreciate Macbeth as a big bad villain. The paranoia as he tries to kill every opponent to his power he can is an everlasting theme and continued on hundreds of years later to authoritarian leaders of the 1900s and current day. No doubt people in Shakespeare's time had lived through history and knew about these lessons as well.

To question, analyse and work an issue is not being hypersensitive.
