Best thing you can do is send the information on fedbednezol and ivermectin and other alternative cancer treatments. Helping them overcome it will be more important than anything else.
Has there been anything she's had to cut back on due to inflation? Favorite fruits? Restaurant meals? Spa treatments? If so, gift certificates to restaurants and spas. A gift basket with favorite foods. This will give her something to look forward to post surgery.
If she trusts in prayer, let her know that there are people praying for her (i will keep her in my prayers :)
Well, someone just said "My Pillow". I would throw in a nice plush comfy robe and slippers to go with that "My Pillow". She will be tired and want to relax when she gets home after her surgery. Also, if you can find a few nice head coverings cause they will shave part of her head. Give her one to wear home from hospital, too. I know having her head shaved is the least of her worries right now. However, she'll be glad to have them when she goes out. My mother and SIL made some for my daughter.
A nice bottle of Potassium gluconate from the grocery store might help heal her brain. (Not medical advice, just experience.)
Some essential oils could cheer her up. Everybody loves young living, but the more affordable Aura Casia or Now Foods are decent quality. Some lavendar, peppermint, frankincense, jasmine or rose oils would make a nice gift.
A year or so ago, my husbands aunt had pancreatic cancer. We went to Dollar General and bought one of those gift boxes. We filled it with slippers, a candle, some lotion, chap stick, a book, some candy/snack stuffs and a throw. Added a card and a plant and she loved it.
Send her this information about using Ivermectin for cancer: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1043661820315152.
Send a nice poem and a card.

I just sent a cookie basket to my mom from Etsy, she said it was really great. Mycancerstory.rocks
Plants or flowers always brighten up a room.
Anything you have locally or from her hometown if she's far that she couldn't get there?
I used to send a fair bit of PA snacks and stuff to people because you couldn't get say Martin's chips on the west coast etc
Awwww I miss Martin's. None in Colorado:(
Lol I'm near to the outlet store, and I will ship if you'd like lol. Sitting on a 30 pack of BBQ ripple rn for kids lunches. Cost me $9.
How about a "My Pillow"?
How about an audiobook?
I think any gift from the heart will be appreciated. Just knowing someone cares is always a great gift.
