Agreed. Trump is great but we need to chill on using the term savior.
Agree - He is just a man - a good man, but just a man.
I third that.
PDJT is a flawed, but ultimately good man who like a few leaders in the past and present of earth's history is being guided by God in this age old battle of light vs dark.
Agree. And there is no doubt God is working through him for the good of mankind.
Amen to that!
true but he could be like Jehu in the old testament.
I don’t like the use of this term In this context bc the masses were fooled by a “savior” who turns out to be the antichrist. Reminds me of project bluebeam as well.
That being said, the greatest man of all time was John the Baptist according to Jesus but even today these ignorant water baptist churches don't listen to his message. To paraphrase John "I immerse (baptize) you with water but he shall immerse you in the Spirit".
So what do they do? They tie water baptism to salvation and put an idol, a baptismal, behind the pulpit.
You religionists need to relax your grip. I remember as a kid "gay" used to mean just happy, until the homosexualists took control of it. Saviour means someone who saves. If I prevented you from falling over a cliff I would legitimately be your saviour.
No, it meant lame!
savior *sāv′yər *noun A person who rescues another from harm, danger, or loss. Jesus. One who saves, rescues, delivers, or redeems from danger, death, or destruction; a deliverer; a redeemer.
IDK, I think it fits...
It does….lower case s says it all.
I respectfully disagree
Savior [proper noun] - commonly used honorific term for Jesus of Nazareth, revered as a religious figure
savior [common noun] - a person who saves someone or something (especially a country or cause) from danger
The latter describes Trump to a T! :)
Freedom of speech FTW

Exactly what I was here to say.
