Here is his fuckup. The CIA is not military. The CIA is civilian contractors. So the military has no say on how and when they operate. Military intelligence is separate from CIA and that is why the CIA has been such a powerful tool for the cabal. Clowns don’t work for America, the military does and answers to the president.
You are technically correct in saying his characterisation of this as US military failure is wrong.
While CIA is not part of the military chain of command, CIA has always been provided parts of the military special forces for their offshore operations. With NSAM 57 JFK wanted to prohibit this, but with his assassination it was never put into practice. There were reports that in November 2020 Trump activated this. And surprisingly, less than 2 months late the Myanmar coup happened.
Ironically, this might be because of the fact that military support was withdrawn from CIA!
This is a very slippery position. Answering to the president is not the same as working for America.
Would you characterise all the soldiers following the chain of command in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria etc as working for America? Even when the administration openly said that half a million innocent people dying is an acceptable collateral damage?
The point is, we can make technical distinction between what US military does and what CIA does, but for the rest of the world that has borne the brunt of the sword's edge, they just look at it as American Military.
This is one part of the Great Awakening I am eager to watch. The rest of the world needs to figure out that it was never America vs Them. It was and has always been the Cabal vs Humanity.

I have the utmost respect for the American Military and I know the soldiers are as much pawns of the Cabal as we all are. Hopefully all this will open up everyone's eyes. The fact that they were planning to use UN forces during a "civil war scenario" just shows they knew the military would never go along when you push them over the edge.
Personally I think the day is coming when soldiers will round up their generals and colonels and expose them to the public.

If I still believed in the CIA legitimately acting to defend this nation, the answer is obvious. Human intelligence is the gold standard information you can get. Signals intelligence is great, but it can't get you the kind of big wins that a well-placed informant can.
If this report is indeed true, the US has no high-quality eyes watching China as it spreads its influence into SE Asia. Remember Vietnam, the little war we fought for 10 years and 58,000 lives to try and keep communism out of there? China's got us beat, badly in a region that controls over $1 trillion of trade annually. We're blind to what the Chinese are doing. That's a big deal.
I think the greater concern here is the time frame. How did China expose these agents? They bought off US politicians (Clintons, Bidens, etc) and many of those names were betrayed/sacrificed to the Chinese going back decades. It was more than just Slick Willy letting Chinese spies walk out of Los Alamos with hard drives full of nuclear secrets. It was a systematic technology transfer and betrayal of strategic assets to the Chinese... for money. China is ascendant because communists and thieves here in the US sold out the country.
