Since she had authorized them to take a specific amount from her account for the initial purchase, around 50 dollars, they used that authorization to try to get their Penny! So they hit her account for the 50.00 which created an overdraft. They kept hitting her account for the 50.00 creating more overdrafts. This was over 10 years ago. Don’t give them access to your bank accounts, they’ve been doing shady stuff for years!

My PayPal account is effectively dormant, not used in years. Would I inflict more damage by cancelling or keeping as dormant? Suppose it costs something to keep it as they make no money from it.

I just closed my account and was not given an option to tell them why I was closing it. 😐
