This evil creep was one of the worst governors in the USA for lockdown bullshit. In a state where there are only a few counties that are heavily populated, he shut down the whole damn state. Most rural areas have beautiful small towns with hard working blue collar workers and retired farmers. Instead of taking a close when needed approach, he shut down everything and everyone, destroying lives and businesses. This fat fuck trust fund asshole needs to loose this election.

Wife needed an outpatient surgery. Went to Dr in CA for consult. Said would need Covid Test for the procedure. We cancelled. Went to a more seasoned specialist in Missouri for the procedure early Oct. No test was required. No mask at Dr. office was required. When we went to the outpatient surgery center a sign on the door said masks required. We did not put one on, and no one said anything. When nurses came into the waiting area to call the patient back none of them had masks on. A rule was only the patient was allowed to the pre-op holding area due to, you guessed it, covid. My wife told the nurse she was nervous and the nurse came and got me and allowed me in with her. No masks and the nurses all back in the pre-op holding had no masks. Same when we were in recovery area. I like Missouri so far.
I live near the border I come there for some Dr.s and the dispo. The doctor makes me wear it into the building but not in the office. It’s the last place I still wear one. I’d skip the doc but I have a healing broken leg. Illinois sucks. My friend is moving back from Florida and chose IL after breaking free a couple years. Why not Wisconsin? Ugh.
I only know of two people who moved back to IL (one from AZ one from FL) and they're so "govern me harder daddy" one wonders why the hell they moved to a red state to begin with.

Last I heard, CDC said masks not helpful and they dont recommend them.
