If our elections are being stolen this badly, and there is NO way to fight back, Trump would know that a 2024 run would be nearly impossible. All the MAGA candidates in 2022 were trial balloons.
So until he announces his "something big" on the 15th, I'm thinking that "something big" is going to be more than just about a presidential run.

Why do you think the Cyber Division for the Coast Guard were called into action right before the elections? To catch all who are cheating. It takes time to collate all the data and then put it into a format the general public can understand. Be patient. It will happen in time.
Me too and I'm hoping it's not about 2024 as well. However the massive issues regarding treason by MANY people in DC going on now didn't get that way overnight and it will take years to clean this up. But it won't happen without a serious catalyst that will galvanize the public. We shall see.
