It's a slippery slope

Remember, "slippery slope" is not a "fallacy"; it's a proven law.
“Slippery slope” isn’t a statement of “this is going to progress”. We’re not saying a future event is guaranteed. Rather, what some would call the “slippery slope” is actually a statement of “I don’t trust the other side to stay true to this compromise”. And when you put it like that, the “fallacy” disappears.
No, it's a fallacy. You can draw any conclusion from any sequence of events and claim it's a "slippery slope". The slippery slope began when a generation agreed to let government decide who can and cannot be married. Otherwise, marriage has been mostly transactional throughout human history.
I have yet to encounter and LGBT type in person who agrees with any of this. The manifestation of the "slippery slope" by people believing in it is what gives it power. Don't agree? Okay.
Firstly, who's right is it to control what consenting adults do in the privacy of their bedroom? Even if it was for sure confirmed that homos are an abomination and that straight sex is the only non-sinful sex how are you going to go about enforcing it? Are you gonna let the Jesus Police put cameras in your house to make sure there's only straight sex happening? But then what positions are actually lawful? At some point, a group of fundamentalists is gonna argue what is and isn't an approved sex technique.
Giving government any power in our lives IS the only slippery slope that can be proven because ultimately that is what it boils down to. It is NOT anyone's place to regulate the lives of others and until you can produce proof of large groups openly supporting pedophilia, it is just another hyperbolic fallacy. So far I have seen only contempt towards groomers- hell, there's a "Gays against Groomers" Twitter account that is VERY popular amongst LGB communities that just want to live their lives in peace.
The "slippery slope" is a psyop designed to help the normalization of pedophilia by getting people to accept that the slippery slope is real and therefore all the stupid ideas that the corporations are trying to force on us are real. The truth is, we need to judge people on their actions and ideas individually and stop dealing in generalizations and that's ultimately what the slippery slope idea is, an intellectually dishonest and lazy generalization.
Pretty accurate chart.
I used to be reasonably tolerant of homosexuals. Wasn't my thing and I found it gross. When the MIL was "don't ask, don't tell", I was OK with it, as long as the guy in the foxhole next to me could pull a trigger and not try to get with me. But like frogs, we were brought to a boil. When the big tell happened was when Hussein was elected and all the rumors around them. I was never convinced "Michelle" was a woman - purely from a physiological standpoint. Then when all we heard about for a year was the importance of having a third choice in Target bathrooms, I knew something was up.
Years later, I learned about the "perverse reverse". Baphomet. Boys will be girls. Girls will be boys. Then the gloves were off. Commercials, academics, diversity, everything went full throttle over the last 5 years.
The agenda couldn't be more obvious now. The goal is to normalize and legalize unrestricted pedophilia. They are already trying to socialize the idea of cannabalism. Once that is "normalized", the final stop is human sacrifice.
It will not be normalized in our lifetime. It was normal under Rome and Sodom and Gomorrah, but it's very much seen as the evil that it is by most civilizations in the world.
They are trying to force the ILLUSION of the slippery slope and the ILLUSION of it being normalized, but even gays aren't going along with it. The good ones anyway.
It is no one's place to decide what consenting adults do with their lives in the privacy of their bedrooms.
It won't be normalized if we win over evil. But if not, it will be. We are rapidly on the way to Sodom and Gomorrah. I agree that we are in the majority right now. But pop culture, MSM, etc. would lead and fool (illusion) most people into thinking otherwise. I pray we win.
Remember Sodom and Gomorrah.
Sodom and Gomorrah was one story. And it wasn't only condemning homosexuality.
Look at all the Bible has to say about adultery. It's brought up hundreds of times and is part of the 10 Commandments. Homosexuality is brought up a few times and isn't part of the 10 Commandments.
But people don't give a crap about adultery these days.
It's nothing but hypocrisy. Sheer, blatant hypocrisy.
But ONLY Sodom and Gomorrah. That part about Lot being raped by his daughters, yeah just forget you read that. In fact, don't read that part. It hasn't aged well and puts the morality of the old testament in a different light... as in it kills all moral authority the Bible tries to claim it has...
Do you think the Bible includes that as a prescription of what people SHOULD do? That just describes how the tribes of the Moabites and Ammonites, who were such a problem to Israel, came from. In the 10 Commandments incest was forbidden.
It's bizarre how some people act like every single word in the Bible is a commandment.
All the Bible is Scripture, but it is not all God's speaking. It includes man's thoughts, with his speaking, such as Job's friends. After all their blather, God came in and rebuked them. It also includes God's speaking. He said in Isaiah 55, My thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not My ways. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so My ways are higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts. It also includes Satan's speaking. You should differentiate who is speaking or you might end up taking death into yourself, like Adam and Eve did. Nevertheless, ALL Scripture is profitable "for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness."
It was a fairly steep slope. MSM, Pedowood, cucked corps and of course the politicians propped it up and gave it the wind in it's sails needed to keep it moving along. Social engineering at it's best. Of course we should have guessed who went first. "On May 17th, 2004, Massachusetts became the first state to license and recognize same-sex marriages (Goodridge v. Department of Public Health)."
Why should the government be regulating who can and can't be married at all?
The government should not have their hands in 98% of the shit they have their grubby, evil little claws into.
It's not a slope it's a D5 avalanche.
That Gay AF t-shirt had me rolling!
less slippery slope, and more like, planned staging, slippery slope implies incidental, , but this is, and was all planned from the get go
It seems more of an avalanche to me. They just keep coming at us and coming at us.
Not sure if it's intentional or not, but the first couple pictured above also brings up interracial marriage.
I get that this is supposed to show how gay marriage is supposed to lead to pedophilia being accepted, but once upon a time, interracial marriages were also supposed to bring about the collapse of society.
I'm sure there are a few die hard racists out there that still argue against interracial marriage, but hopefully most people don't have those issues now.
Personally, as long as it's among consenting adults, I don't care who a person is sleeping with or marrying.
It started with divorce. Then removing adultery laws.
We can only get our society back if we bring back the death penalty for rape and adultery.
think everyone stopped with the drag kids but theyve been powering ahead full force.
where is remove the American Middle Class in this ?
it IS what it is all about ...
Actually it started with people agreeing that the government should have the power to decide marriage, a personal, religious tradition that governments have no business being involved in.
That was the 90's. it was the Clintons that were opening the pandora's box
