I suggest trying to get a written confirmation from the hospital that they gave your sister remdesivir. Because written evidence is one of the most important things in court to win. And make multiple paper copies of this evidence. Not just electronic. Then store those into any safe place(s) to your liking.

Remdesivir is given as an infusion into a vein. A healthcare provider will give you this injection.
Remdesivir is usually given once per day for up to 10 days. The best dose in people with COVID-19 is not known.
You must remain under the care of a doctor while you are being treated with remdesivir for COVID-19.
You will need frequent blood tests to check your liver function.
