He'll win on appeal and everyone that has a company or government car or home (including Biden for the Beast and the White House) will need to declare it as a bonus on their own income taxes from now on as a result.
So they cheated some Democrats out of some additional tax money. I could not care less. You all knew they would find something. Tax code is so convoluted they could find something wrong any time they wanted.
Trump was not personally a defendant in the case, which was related to a scheme by his company to avoid taxes on compensation in the form of perks including free apartments and luxury cars to its then-chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg and other executives since 2005.
But a prosecutor in closing arguments said that Trump “knew exactly what was going on.”
A jury in Manhattan Supreme Court began deliberations in the case on Monday after a trial that featured testimony by Weisselberg.
Defense lawyers had argued that Weisselberg — who earlier pleaded guilty to 15 felony charges — was solely responsible for the scheme, not the Trump Organization.>
Does the tax-free compensation of providing Company apartments and transportation apply to everyone, or only companies associated with Pres. Trump? I travel with my job, and the Gov't pays for my hotels and transportation - granted, they are not lavish - but I am not taxed on them. They are a part of the job, as most people who travel for a living deal with.
those aren't benefits - they are expenses. I'm sure the company has to file that somewhere, but they probably get money back for required business expenses. Now if you are on a 1099 that may be different, but W-2 employees (In the US) aren't responsible for that stuff.
I feel really bad for Eric Trump, he's taken on so much as the CEO of Trump enterprise. In an interview last week, he says he's the most subpoena-ed person in the country...
“The convictions on all 17 counts come weeks after the company’s owner, Republican former President Donald Trump, declared his candidacy for the White House in the 2024 election.”
So they are going to be fined? This nothing burger is kind of bland and undercooked. Zero seasoning, and a stale bun. Not even any ketchup. I wouldn't even feed this crap to my dog.
I can't help but to think this will be used as exhibit A when the MSM starts crying that you can't criminally investigate people who are candidates to be POTUS.
If by "Trump Organization" you mean Weisselman, then yeah Weisselman has been found guilty of tax fraud benefiting himself and NOT the Trump Organization.
"The convictions on all 17 counts come weeks after the company’s.." How many you say? Oh yeah, that many...nice.
Oh yeah, gimmie that fuckin hopium.
Yeah, delta for today. All planned.

Ha! Love the attempt! I'll upvote you to try and get you there!
I would upvote you but want to keep it at 17 :)
Since the white house incorporated is a business and not a government entity that would be true.

Came here to say this. I wish the J6 political prisoners had this speedy trial…
Wonder how this extrapolates to 10% for the ‘BigGuy’

I really hate the number 17 now.
They're really going after Trump lately, like they know something is coming..
Lately?

Appeal, and their case fizzles out. Trump will win...

Appear weak when you are strong.
Appeals?
Pocket change! 17 lmfao!
lol NYC clown show, honk ! honk !
Let's see them enforce it.
How many counts you say?
Its like a ham sandwich.
It's not even Trump.
Exactly- it was his accountant- anyone who did business with Trump even 10-20 years ago is now at risk of being audited- b/c orange man bad.
and his company will write off the 30 million as a business expense!
This is a nothing burger. That's why it's not part of the plan or Q post.
Right. This won't matter once everything happens. No one is going to get his money, and we will get our money.
No worries.
What do you mean we will get our money
Thx
More like, what kind of complete retard thought there was going to be a war with no attrition or casualties.
