I told him that the businesses were promised something: money to get a high percentage of their employees vaxed by mandate; tax breaks; or governmental contracts/jobs; threat of revocation of their business license for non-compliance. My question is can anyone demand the financials of not for profit hospitals and their CEOS/CFOS? Why are hospitals still mandating masks and employee shots unless there is a payment involved? I also said that nothing would prevent them firing/laying off employees who were sick after the shot. They would not be paying medical bills/damages. No job is worth your life or your health.

They haven't been able to get that passed on its own or in any other bills, their time is running out in this Congress, and they think they can tack this on because this bill is passed without fail every year. They already pulled out an energy rider from Manchin, so the pot banking may get pulled out at the last minute as well - we'll just have to see what they vote on Thursday.
