There is no law against political bias. What would he be charged with?
This isnt simple political bias, it is participating in a coup against a sitting President. This is seditious conspiracy.
Yeah, I think it's only Roth's crime if he was actually a paid government agent breaking his oath of office, or if it rose to the level of treason as knowingly participating in government overthrow especially if he was being paid by a foreign government. But a normal civilian censoring people they don't like is every news editor in the country.
On the other hand, according to law of war manual, he could be considered an enemy combatant if he knew this was part of an operation to overthrow the government. But there's a lot of "knowingly" required for that.
There is a thing called "acting as agent of the state" which he was clearly doing, considering the FBI and CIA and DOJ and SO MANY POLITICIANS were coordinating with Twitter staff to silence people's legal political speech.

Its quite interesting seeing the dichotomy of purported 'well intentioned rules for harmony' and the means by how this turns to tyranny in both the political and private corporate space. Very rapidly in the case of private companies.
