Whether you believe Elon is Patriot-affiliated or still Cabal-affiliated, there is too much value in Twitter to let it go. Whether it is in influencing the masses, or sending Comms to Comms-Aware allies.
Understanding how important Comms are for signaling affiliation, giving updates on Ops, making threats, promoting certain Ops, gathering funding for Ops, spilling what should be classified/compartmentalized info, etc. Twitter is one of the most important entities on Earth.
The left all day long violates laws that prohibit the release of information. They do it by way of anonymous leaks. I can't see why Musk could not allow for a hack into the system by certain persons who would capture the information, and the anonymously release it to the public.
Your understanding of the relevant laws is entirely incorrect. A preservation letter doesn't mean you can't change anything; it just means you have to keep records showing what they looked like before the change.
Musk did not buy Twitter for what it is but for what he is going to turn it into. The X app. He just purchased x.com from Paypal. Twitter? Think bigger.
He didn't claim to be Q, but that was the conclusion made by the film-maker after Ron made an awkward slip-up. It is extremely frustrating that Ron has made little to no effort to debunk that fake narrative.
Would that orders only pay to Twitter the public company? After musk bout it it went private and technically a different org. Old twitter is dead. Laws don't apply to dead things.
not quite right.. Dell went private but is still Dell. He would need to reorganize and reincorporate and even then The legacy organization might retain liabilities . He might use a SPAV to acquire certain pieces to be reorganized into NewCo and leave others (RemainCo) in a radioactive mothballed husk that no longer is an operating company.
That would be like saying a company signed a contract to pay you for renting an office for three years and then after a change of ownership they try to rip up the contract without the penalty clause because they are under new ownership. Won't happen.
Twitter said they were being restored over a period of 30 days. They aren't allowing all accounts back (AJ and others) so I guess they have to review them.
If there were "gag orders" placed on Twitter accounts (a private company) the FBI wouldn't need to "ask" Twitter to ban accounts. They would simply TELL Twitter to ban them AND would need to have some sort of reason why they wanted to ban the accounts. Who in the government is going to put their signature on banning an account because they said vaxxes are bad? Where's the document? And it's so super duper secret that they can't even show anyone? This is complete nonsense.
This guy is still around?
He may actually shut it down because there is no way to destroy the corruption without a full stop.

Isn't that why Twitter 2.0 is going to be a brand new company? Not bound by any agreements or contracts from the previous Twitter.
Preservation orders aren't agreements or contracts.
They’re orders from the government (FBI) so they’re more like court orders than like contracts or agreements

Cool! Thanks. Just joined his thread.

Would be an injunction if unban was not allowed.

Did anyone question if this is part of the blackout necessary?
Larp larp larp all day long larp larp larp while I sing this song
The Guy who told HBO that he was Q... not trust worthy
He didn't claim to be Q, but that was the conclusion made by the film-maker after Ron made an awkward slip-up. It is extremely frustrating that Ron has made little to no effort to debunk that fake narrative.
Dud you watch the documentary? He intentionally gave the impression that he was Q.
Wasn't it Ron that also got caught posing as Q in some of the more recent Q drops where phrases, and working was used that Q never used in the past.
I didnt look at any of the new drops. They were obviously fakes
What if he turns it off, changes all the algorithms, renames it, then turns on the new platform?
Would the new one be bound by orders to the old one?....
Call it Red Bird?

Gave Q trouble.

This is like a submarine with screen doors until ALL are unbanned. Selective activations are NOT 100% free speech.
What if he did it anyway?

Such a shame that the Q team had to work with a goofball like CM to get their message out.
Rather low grade hopium, but I'll take 10 kilos in powder form and one kilo in solution form. Thank you for your product.
