One day soon there will be a collapse of the US financial system. This collapse will cascade to a worldwide financial event. Remember, the UN was going to use the financial collapse to roll out the Great Reset.
Here is the issue, The United Nations and central banks NEEDED an event to blame this financial meltdown on.
If they do not have an instigating event to blame the financial collapse on, they must take fault themselves. The type of event that would suffice to destroy our economies worldwide would be a world war or a pandemic.
If the vaccines were pulled from the market to soon, lockdowns could be reinstituted which would destroy more small businesses. This new lockdown could be blamed for the upcoming financial collapse. Trump wants blame for the upcoming financial collapse to be placed on the central banking system itself.
The WEF / Globalists are actively destroying nations across the planet by withholding fossil fuels, opening borders, driving up debt and increasing interest rates. In the end they will not have a scenario to blame the financial crash on. (war/pandemic)
The WEF will have a difficult time convincing the world population to enter into a new financial system (Great Reset) that was created by the same people who just destroyed the prior financial system.
Remember, like I said above, we have been in an information war with the cabal since Trump took office. Trump knew the vaccine would destroy the Great Reset plans. That is why he fast tracked the vaccine production.

The cabal tainted the vaccines in effort to get Trump to demand the vaccines be pulled from the market. (move-countermove) Media interviewed Trump several times asking his opinion of the vaccines. Trump always gave the same answer.
It was necessary to keep the vaccine in place and why President Trump never came out against them. It is obvious the vaccines are killing a small percentage of the people who receive them. The number of people dying from the vaccines is miniscule compared to the number of people who would have died under the Great Reset.
The Georgia Guidestones had carved in stone the globalists plan. Reduce the Earth's population to 500 million. That means 7 billion people would need to be killed off. I think we are doing much better under Trump's counter plan. There will always be deaths during war, it is unfortunate, it could have been much worse though. (7 billion worse)
All of the chaos we saw unfold over the last 2 years WOULD have been blamed on the pandemic and that chaos WOULD have been much worse. What I would add is that there's at least a part 2. If you go to the work to coordinate hundreds of the smartest, most ambitious, and least moral cleptocrats on the planet in creating a plan to rob the world blind and get them to willingly hand over all their power to you, you don't give up easily.

But back to the OP's original thesis about the WEF needing a scapegoat. He's right. Except now that COVID has failed, a world war is now going to be blamed. Vladimir Putin has stood as a Russian nationalist and as an impediment to the EU's continued expansion. He's now going to be used as the scapegoat. Well, that was Plan B. It's not working as well as was envisioned. These idiots drank their own Kool-Aid and forgot how wars were fought. They were so eager to steal everything not nailed down that they actually ended up gutting their own ability to wage a meaningful war and are now staring the Russian army down in the dead of winter. History tells us exactly how that shit's going to work out.
Ultimately, the WEF boys will look for a new scapegoat. Will they go back to "climate change" and self-imposed economic destruction? Maybe? However, you make it sound like Hillary was unknowing. Almost as if Clinton was being blindly led in to the 16 year plan, Obama would pull the trigger and Hillary would take blame.
If you look deeper, you will see Clinton had already made her escape plans when the nukes started dropping. She was going to New Zealand. Talked about moving there. It is as far south as you can go to get away from the northern hemisphere. The plan was to start a nuke war between Russia and the USA, mutual destruction. This would leave China as the military superpower.
