Isn’t it wonderful , I have to get pedicures more often than most , because I’m always barefoot , it’s so healthy , however after going off 62 foot cliff and breaking everything, I’m always looking for pain relief ,, yoga is Awesome , stretching helps but need to check this out as well !
I walk barefoot outside daily first thing in the morning to piss. Always felt better afterwards. My wife hates it I don't use the toilet . But now I'll use this as the excuse
Can you expound on your device and the results you experienced? My mother also has arthritis in her back...I would love to relieve her pain if I could.
This seems a little difficult for me to make since I’m a girl, cutting wires and copper pipes etc , do u know if a company sells something like this ? If not I’ll give your post to someone who can tinker with your instructions,, As I mentioned in the post I went off a 62 foot cliff years ago and shattered darn near my whole body so dang without yoga , walking and stretching I’m not sure if I could get through a day , always looking for relief .. I really appreciate your post !
I feel this way about life. If its your time its your time. If not, nothing can kill you. Like never stop believing i shouldn't be here after f up after f up in E.D.
Then you see others who survive a plane crash that kills everyone else and they die within the week once home.
Ahh thank you ,, it was a stupid surf accident , “pride comes before the fall “
I knew I shouldn’t have dropped that high with my board it was more than I was capable of , but I wanted to show I could do it ,,, wrong , so stupid , anyway God takes care of us and watches out for us and protects us even when we do stupid things sometimes,, I am thankful to be alive and I appreciate your words thank you

Curiously, my quadruple-vaxed beloved wife has no problem with fitting plugs on cables. Her female body appears to be just as capable of wielding tools as mine. She can solder, too.
I’m good with drills saws and hammers ,, guys on my block come to me when They need a tool , my garage looks like a sears work shop ,, even put my own roof on 2 summers ago and did my floors ,wood laminate which is easier than people realize ,, but wires and connecting to electrical or copper pipes I’ll let someone who understands science better than me do that ! Not lame just know when something doesn’t compute with my knowledge !
If you are just looking for a good earth ground, the copper water pipe coming into the house is perfect (I'm assuming that hasn't been changed over to plastic). You could just grab hold of it.
Interesting video. Unfortunately, they didn't really go into specifics of how long to stand on the grass, how often, etc. While it sounds idyllic to be outside all the time (to me, anyway) it would be nice if we had some more definitive info on how much you must do to get the benefit. If you happen to come across that info, I hope you'll post it. Thanks.
Frequency, zapping spin around for a long time. You can get a Rife, or a zapper from. Hulda Clark via eBay for under 60 bucks. Good for you for creating your own. You did a great job. Yeah zapping works
Awesome I’ll check out the link. Yes anything that you can do on YouTube, to help people to work on their own wellness, would be fantastic. Great job! You are an awesome person.
Interesting. Please keep us updated on your progress. For instance, how often you use it, for what length of time, and how long you experience relief. Thank you for posting.
If you love that then you'll love the 5 Tibetan Rites exercises! My hubby's back was broken in 3 places and he thought he'd live with the pain for the rest of his life. We did the rites for 6 months and he hasn't had any pain since. That was 6+ years ago!
Be sure your home has a ground rod. (Will be a copper rod in ground outside panel with bare wire going to it) if you don't your ground is likely just tied into the neutral inside panel going to grid. Wouldn't want to be grounding ones self to that.
Excellent way to electrocute yourself. If you touch a live contact while you're earthed by that wire and if your house circuit breaker is faulty, you'll get the Darwin award!
Walk out on your lawn first thing in the morning, dew makes and excellent earthing conductor.
You can also walk barefoot outside.
Never heard of earthing but I can testify it's an absolute joy to walk outside barefoot for a bit in the morning.
Enjoy the small things. Treat yourself frens.

Dogs are allowed to pee outside!
😁🐶
Would be cool I mine used the toilet so I could sleep in daily

Wow, going off a 62ft cliff and not dying? You're here for a reason, no doubt. Glad you are still with us fren.🥰

I didn't watch the video or anything - but if your water supply is a copper pipe coming into the house, that is a safe ground to tie into.
Just remember (G)reen is (G)round
Black is hot
White is neutral

Yes, just do a search for "grounding sheets"... there's a couple that advertise on FB all the time... just cannot find them right now.
Simple enough. How do you use it?
So do you plug the ground into an outlet or into the ground in your yard?
Thank you for taking the time to answer my question!!!
I'm so happy for you!! I'm curious to know how long it lasts per usage. Will you keep me posted, please?

Not for me but my Mom. How long of an "exposure" before you felt any effects?
I've never tried it. Just saying that the best earth ground is the copper water pipe coming into the house. - if you have access to it.
The water pipe is generally tied to the ground wires in the house so I would say they are equally effective
True, but no wiring to a ground plug required for people not comfortable with doing that.

This is very interesting. Thank you.
For even more relief, have you tried boron supplementation?
You can buy devices like this, basically a grounding strap.
Thank you Fren. Going to hardware store now—for my wife that has a lower back pain issue from a car accident 30 years ago.
Can you please tell us how you made this? What supplies do we need to make one? How do you use it?
This is a very interesting topic. Thank you for your post.

I have read before earthing is good for reduction of inflammation. Which is good for most health like heart health joints etc. I’ll have to try out.

Some are some aren’t. My last 3 houses had ground and neutral tied together inside panel.

So what you're saying is that if you go out of your way to electrocute yourself, you'll get electrocuted. Genius.
