Looks like he's got one of those hyper-realistic masks. Perhaps there is a pump to blow cooling air between his real face and the mask. Making the pump move cyclically (like breathing) would likely help disguise the air that leaks out. If it pumps out in pulses that are timed to his exhalations, it would not be as noticeable as if he had a constant breeze coming out of the eye holes or wherever it vents (possibly hairline).
