I'll probably get all kinds of suggestions here, but vitamins? What is a basic, simple regiment? I don't want 17 bottles and $41,020 worth of stuff in my cabinet. Right now I just take a daily multi but I feel like I should be doing more. I know we've brought this up before but I never really paid too much attention to all the comments at that time.
My experience is that multi-vitamins have so little of everything that they are useless (and on top of that they probably have tons of stuff you dont want/need).
Unfortunately when it comes to vitamins there are a lot of stuff you need some specific to what you have. You dont have to take everything daily. For example of your D levels are decent, you can just replenish them by taking one every week or two.
Broadly, what I have is:
Immune system: Vitamin D, C, Zinc, Quercetin. Eat plenty of raw crushed garlic and turmeric (in cooking) as well. Ivermectin when you entering flu season.
Digestion, gut, liver etc: Probiotics, Bile acid. Eat plenty of fermented cabbage.
Blood health and related: Vitamin K, E. Eat Natto (to clear arteries) and Radish (to strengthen veins) regularly
In addition I also take NAC which seems to have a broad range of benefits.
I agree with the above. If you have a good, comprehensive multi add in quercetin and 5k VD. The other recommendations above at first sign of "offness" or preventative (C,extra Zinc and ivermectin). NAC daily. The only thing missing is a good magnesium supplement - nearly everyone is deficient. Mag bisglycinate or mag threonate are great.
Bubble's digestion and blood suggestions - perfect.
Ah yeah, magnesium, something I have been ignoring. Thanks for reminding!
Sauerkraut.
Members of my fam eat natto, but I'm a hard no with that one. Just can't get past the stink factor..... I hear there is a powder, tho.
basic things to remember, A D and E need fat, C and B are water soluble, Zinc cancels out Calcium, there is probably over use of Calcium, and Magnesium is where the shortages are. Be careful with iron supplements, if you eat meat, you are probably good there, men need less than women. You dont need a lot of bottles unless you are treating a condition, and then it could get expensive. B vitamins work together, so, a B supplement with C and Zinc, a cal-mag supplement, selenium, and anti oxidants. Cant take zinc and calcium together, iron has to have vitamin C to absorb.
Helpful. Thanks!
Immunity vitamins or herbs is very helpful. I rely on herbs more than supplements. They are available as tea, tincture and some companies sell herbal capsules with extract instead of powder. This link has good information and good information in the comments.

Thank you
I can buy canned cod liver in my supermarket. Superb taste and doesnโt cost an arm.๐
I remember as a child a family member taking cod liver oil, capsule form, I had forgotten about that. Just read some into it, I think I will include it. Thanks!
It helps a lot with arthritis, I can testify to that.
The soil is depleted..the veggies etc not full of goodness as they used to be.
Grow your own and add home made compost, farmyard manure and volcanic rock dust.
Ido grow fruits and potatoes but would rather buy organic veggies as too lazy to grow my own!
You are correct. Donโt know why your comment was downvoted. Years ago I read to get the nutrients in an apple as they were 100 years ago you need to eat at least three apples.
I get downvoted all the time on bubbles page....I think someone thinks I am bovvered ๐๐๐
Noted. Thank you. I do my best for the healthy eating but some days it is very difficult.
