I know. I have a lot of conservative clients on meds too. I wish they could all understand its the System that's making them crazy. Maybe then they wouldn't cling to it so desperately. But we all know nobody listens.

Did you know that the FDA studies on antidepressants before they were released, found that one in four would be homicidal or suicidal. That is 25%.
Our country never before released a drug like that, with those stats.

That's what they are made to do... antidepressants aren't happy pills, they turn down the emotions... which may be necessary in extreme cases of depression... Thing is that old school antidepressants had some major side effects, so they were only used along with counseling in extreme cases. when Prozac came out and its side effects were less severe, it became easier to just throw drugs at the problem and hope it goes away.
The problem is that antidepressants are too widely used, especially with younger people. moderate depression is a problem, and those suffering from it need help, but counselling would be better that medicating.
Many psych drugs put you in a form of prison... you can't get off them without a long medically supervised withdrawal process, or else you'll end up suffering from withdrawal psychosis. Truly evil

And if they can't feel good or bad then they kind of become sociopaths. All the drugs they take get pee'd out and enter the sewers which go into the water, fish swim in it and absorb all the chemicals, some of the water gets back into the water supply to water lawns and crops or even become drinking water again. Since my daughter has been on antidepressants, we cannot even talk to each other. She is easily angered, condescending, and just downright mean. Our relationship has been utterly destroyed.
