In regard to your son’s type 1 diabetes, you might find Dr. Richard Bernstein’s book on the subject helpful - he is a scientist-turned-physician who was diagnosed with the disease at age 12, and was given little hope of much of a future. He is 88 years of age now and still working, helping others. I will pray for your son as well.
