I would guess the plane was "told" what to do, and the black box took the actions of the stick as being pushed forward by a person.

It's unfortunate that they had to kill a bunch of innocent people to take her out. According to stories, that plane went nose first into the dirt at full speed. Vaporized everyone in a millisecond.
