This is why I don't care when stuff is "introduced". It's usually an empty gesture. In extreme cases, you had RINOs (back before I realized there was a uniparty) "introducing" ways to stop further socialized health insurance (Obamacare) time and time again, knowing it would fail. The instant they can actually pass it, they sit on their hands and fart.
I don't agree with politicians interfering in medical decisions made by adults. Just as they have no authority to force treatments they have no authority to block treatments. Land of the free or some shit.
It's pretty much scamming people by telling them one thing and giving them another. It would be different if the people knew what they were getting (Edit: and weren't forced/coerced).
Then there's the fact it's a shot meant to kill people, that was supposedly made to prevent people from contracting an illness that has the mortality rate of a banana peel, and that doesn't prevent the illness it claims to anyway. That's hardly medicine.
Itβs got to pass - letβs hope it does!
Huge difference between "introduced" and "passed" for sure. Even then, you have to get to "enforced"

Wow & 1/2 of Oregon will soon be Idaho in a few weeks. After this passes 1/2 the country will elect to be part of Idaho! Way to go!
Way to go Idaho! Now do Texas!
Way to go Dallas !
All the other states need to follow Idaho's lead. Then we can all live in our own private Idaho...

I will be surprised (more than pleasantly) if this is passed.
Such a rule is big government regulators making choices that citizens should make for themselves.
why is murder a misdemeanor?
Good point

Bingo! Same thing with abortion. Federal Government has NO PLACE.
A great example is the ATF. Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms are all legal.
Go figure.
ANOTHER AGENCY to get rid of...WHY do we need ATF? (redundant question)!!!
What is the .gov afraid of when people on TV are creating moonshine anyway???
The problem is informed consent.
There was none.

State's rights! SAD feds.
I am from Idaho Fuck Yes!!!

Since when does attempted murder only warrant a misdemeanor?
