This reminds me of when Trump had an indoor rally, so you had to RSVP online for tickets, since seating was limited. Antifa quickly spread the message for their useful idiots to RSVP as many spots as possible, and then they didn't show up, so the news could show an almost empty arena.
Yeah and what the idiots didn't realize is it was a first come first serve basis. The tickets weren't real. It was like an rsvp so they knew how many to plan for and also gathered lots of data.

I don't know this for a fact, but where I live, we don't usually pay for library programs. Typically they are free unless it's a craft type event then you might pay for materials.
