Well, we do know that "something" started latter part of 2019.
Personally, I got some kind of rough "bug" during that time frame which began during international travel, went away for a bit, came back, and in total took weeks and weeks and weeks to go away. I did not have any particular trouble with breathing, and this was just before "COVID consciousness" started.
Strangely enough, I have one of those frequent cold/bronchitis type of constitutions, but since that "possible" COVID illness, I have only ever had a few, very tiny, very short-lived "cold-type" illnesses. Perhaps I received some degree of immunity to coronaviruses? Typically from 2020 until now, I would have had several pretty nasty respiratory illnesses. Keeping in mind that some believe "colds and flu" are symptoms of the body clearing out excess toxicity.
Bill Gates' COVID conference "Event 201," where they gave out coronavirus plushies, took place in Oct. 2019, so I believe the "virus" was likely released prior to Oct. They used faulty computer data to estimate the expected number of cases and deaths, and we know they grossly overestimated these numbers. The deaths/injuries from Vaxx in the past 2 years seem to be under reported.

I’m almost positive my husband and I got the OG strain in late Nov/early Dec 2019. I had a deep, dry cough for two weeks (NEVER experienced that before) and he had a short, three day fever that he kicked pretty quickly. We didn’t get sick again until August 2022 and we were really, really sick. I think we got exposed early and because we didn’t do any of the “recommendations” we didn’t coddle our immune system. But because a majority of people did, we eventually got some mutated ick from people were were hanging around last summer.
We haven’t gotten sick again even though a lot of people around us are/have been this winter season.
Mid 2020 a social media profile I followed asked people if they had had any cov19 issues. There were around 800 replies, and I took a couple hours to read through it all. The overwhelming majority of people said that late ‘19 was when they were sick.
My wife was sick and had a persistent, horrible sounding cough that lasted over a month. That was around Oct/Nov ‘19. Then the first week of ‘20 I was very sick.
In July ‘20 we both got sick again (along with people around us) but it was very mild, and since then I haven’t had as much as a sniffle, over 2.5 years now.
Long story short; whatever was going around late ‘19 was drastically worse than the 2020 “Covid”.

With each subsequent callback to dates and anniversary and the like, they believe the power of said number/date multiplies exponentially. Infinitely. They begin with certain numbers that have self contained power, and they plan events around them.
It's a "majik" that they have harnessed which they believe gives them increasing power through the universe. As a group, not individually.
They've showed us how they do it, but they leave out huge bits so we never quite get it.
