Ivermectin in your back yard
posted 3 years ago by WestCelt 3 years ago by WestCelt +50 / -0

We make gin and whiskey in stills in the woods. Does anyone know how to grow/make Ivermectin at home? I'm reading that the big Pharma are buying up the small Indian factories to corner the market. If India can do it why can't we.

Ivermectin got the Noble Prize together with Artemisia Annua which is used also for the same illnesses, bacteria, viruses and parasites (Malaria, Aids, Cancer ...).

Artemisia Annua = Wormwood = Sweet Annie = Grow it in your back yard or find it in the wilderness!!!

God provides eveything. And btw look up gin = juniper berries and what they can do for our health together with quinine!

And also quinine can be extracted from the bitter peel of lemons or grapefruits.

You could also add bay leafs.

Traditional cooking often uses bay leafs, juniper and cloves in winter (here in Germany for all krauts things).

There are some things, apparently, to look out for with wormwood in higher doses in relation to not being great for your kidneys that I've read. Just need to watch for that, I think.

But, I've been taking low doses of that, cloves, and black walnut hull tincture. I wasn't feeling terrible or anything, but I'm doing it since I was just feeling weird for a few weeks. Those issues have basically gone since then.

They made an alcohol from an artimisia variant around the 1800/1900 hundreds. A lot of intellectuals, artists and writers were hooked on this and "overdosed" their consummation.

Yes, stay vigiliant and inform yourself properly about dosage and lenth of treatment, but probably you can not reach these dangerous amounts.

You are referring to Absinthe, the Green Fairy.

Yes!!! I wanted to add the words "Green Fairy", but totally forgot. And yes, Absinthe is the other word for this alcohol. Lol.

Ivermectin came from a soil microbe found, so far, in only one place in the world, ever. So first one would have to understand why it never spread, to "grow" it in your backyard. Seems like a worthy project. Or you would have to build your sterile lab and grow it there. If growing it, it still remains to collect and refine it. Or you would have to build your biochemical lab and make ivermectin from organic precursors. The latter two ways are no doubt how pharmaceutical companies do it.

Anyone know the true shelf life of 1% injectible…? I know they put 2-3 year expirations on them but do they really expire.? I have about 10.0L of the stuff in a cool dry prepper closet at home. Just curious if anyone knows. Maybe it’s like honey and good pretty much forever….?

Usually the time limits on drugs are based on the expectation that at the end of a certain length of time, the drug will have lost some % of efficiency, which would of course throw off the dose calculations that are based on a maximum effectiveness. So many drugs will still be useful even some years after their expiration if they have never been opened or exposed to heat or freezing. HOWEVER there are many that just break down with age, like amoxil suspension, into who knows what. Other suspensions like kaopectate separate but are still all right. If it changes color or texture or looks oily, toss it!

Hmm. . . As a child, I ate dirt, sometimes by the spoonful. Seems I may have ingested parasites and the cure at the same time . . .

FLCCC suggests Nigella Sativa, black cumin seed, as an alternative. It's not marketed as an antiparasitic, but who knows anymore?

I want to see the process for making ivermectin even if it's way over my head. Realistically it would be unwise to put any chemistry experiment into your body without verifying the purity with Gas Chromatagraph/Mass Spectrometer or whatever.

I have been contemplating this. Keep in mind that artemisia annua, Bidens alba and other plants have many of the same properties of Ivermectin. I use tinctures that have helped many recover from the coof.

I also have a 100ml bottle of Ivermectin and have read the label. It is meant to be used within a certain time after being opened and a limited number of extractions.

That being said, I have been drawing from it for over a year and am still good. Use it every time I get a sniffle and on my cats for flea/tick control.

In the future, I would separate it into smaller bottles and store away until needed.

Revolution is an avermectin called Selamectin, which is in the same group as Ivermectin.

I dose the liquid injectable cattle Ivermectin on my cats back, just like the super expensive cat treatment. For the price of two month’s worth of Revolution I can treat a cat for its entire life.

Read up on it, though. Some herding dogs have a genetic mutation that makes avermectins deadly to them. And a cat dose is very small (1-2 drops).

If you read about Ivermectin here: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3043740/

the best takeaway is this: "Ivermectin has continually proved to be astonishingly safe for human use. Indeed, it is such a safe drug, with minimal side effects, that it can be administered by non-medical staff and even illiterate individuals in remote rural communities, provided that they have had some very basic, appropriate training. This fact has helped contribute to the unsurpassed beneficial impact that the drug has had on human health and welfare around the globe, especially with regard to the campaign to fight Onchocerciasis.57)"

Do not let them take this away from us!
