From everything I have read the recommendations are exactly what I have seen corroborated elsewhere and there are many that I was not aware of. My family all had covid and I have added NAC, ivermectin (weekly), zinc, quercetin and black Cumin seed oil to my daily regimen which already included D3, K, C and magnesium, among many other supplements. I still diffuse white pine.
I think continuing supplements that inhibit or destroy spike proteins is pretty important to take care of and reverse any infection, injection or shedding that may be happening...this is a MUST READ for everyone. I think personally everything you would take for covid would be beneficial overall no matter what you have. I use lot of homeopathy and in that protocol you develop a symptom picture. Say you have a sore throat...you don't have to know whether it is strep or tonsillitis...it is more important to know the nature of pain (ie. stinging), what makes it better or worse, left side, right side etc.

Just that you can find mk4 in food sources. Not true of mk7 except maybe some old cheeses but I'd have to research it again. Their effects in the body differ some. The half-life of each supplement is one difference.

Ivermectin, Vit C&D, quercetin, Zinc, extra strength aspirin, NAC and sometimes turmeric.
About a month after, I cut the ivermectin down to 2 or 3 times a week, the rest same doses daily.
At 6 months or so I cut the ivermectin down to once a week. Other pills still daily the same.
At 12 months I laid off on the ivermectin and I am now taking NAC, Vit C&D daily and some times quercetin. I have my fingers crossed. At least the ringing and pain in my ears went away about 11 months after the attempted murder by my government.

My close relative has been struggling with severe digestive issues for months. The hospital just wants to bandaid the situation (no surprise). I have been researching daily to find the potential cause. I just discovered yesterday (against ALL of the information I sent on why NOT to get the jab) they chose to get the first set of shots.
I have read through the article but it feels very overwhelming. Does anyone have a recommended schedule they're following to detox from the shot? TIA!

Only problem is that people treat every sickness as a if it's the coof now. No one gets sick with the cold or flu anymore. It's, "I had COVID"

I take Super K daily with 10,000IU Vitamin D3...excellent benefits...
Mk4 is the more natural type. Its half life is much shorter
I'm not sure what your saying here, but LEF's Super K includes both MK-4 and MK-7 --
