Why does the government push a plant based diet? What are your thoughts on plant-toxins?

Personal experience: plant based diet for 8 years. Lost 30 pounds, felt OK, but during this time my cancer would have been growing. Stopped plant based due to expense and kids hated it, hubby and his parents continue to tout the benefits. Hubby's dad diagnosed with alzheimers (starving his brain of fat to "save his heart" also took statins) multiple pregnancy losses during time of plant based diet. Anyhow, I started having lots of food intolerance of plants, switched to Trim Healthy Mama (modified keto) and feel much better. Hubby continued now mainly soy based alternatives to meat which cause two years of infertility. He doesn't see it and still thinks plants are best. Now having tons of GI issues (stress and too much plants?) He is at risk (family history, diet and medical history) for alzheimers, Parkinson dementia and heart disease. He's bought into pharma lies for his whole.life and still can't believe they want to do us harm, even after admitting covid was a farce. He still thinks pharma and government "meant well" I will not go back on plant based.
We know and have seen the decay caused by agricultural societies, teeth rot, bone problems. They want that. The health and pharmaceutical industry feeds off of our sickness that is slowly and mostly deniably caused by plants and processed food (corn flakes, sugar etc.).
Sell franken food, get sick, sell health treatments. $$$
Eat animal meat and break out of the Matrix. This is the way.
Read/watch about the context of the "soyboy" meme. Weakened and demoralized people are easier to control.
This is due to the presence of phytoestrogens in soy specifically. Soy contains isoflavones which in the human body (and some animals) are recognized as estrogens by our cell receptors which messes with the body's testosterone production thereby weakening males who ingest soy in large amounts.
Not all plants contain isoflavones or other types of phytoestrogens.
Soy and other legumes also contain other anti-nutrients called lectins which prevent nutrient absorption in the intestines. Eating uncooked beans is really not good for nutrient absorbtion.
That's right. Other point not that often discussed is how soy is the main source of plant protein used by the food industry. Also, seed oils.
The government wants us weak so that we are submissive. That is the whole reason they want us lacking in appropriate nutrition.
In all of their 30 years of research, they found no protective effects from consuming fruits and vegetables. Their announcement did not reach mainstream media.
WHY PUSH A PLANT BASED DIET?
Why would institutions at a government level push a plant based diet if there's no evidence to suggest it's healthy? That doesn't make sense?
A possible explanation: Because plant foods make money. Lot's of money:
Fertilizers to nourish the ground Industry valued at approximately $208 billion (2)
Pesticides to keep bugs off Industry valued at approximately $233 billion (3)
Huge machines to harvest Industry valued at approximately $98 billion (4)
Agricultural labour Industry valued at approximately $2.4 trillion (5)
Insane amounts of plastic to package Industry valued at approximately $496 billion (6)
Healthcare to treat sick people Industry valued at approximately $4.1 trillion (8)
To keep the weather potato relevant. Much climate change.
Not only are plant based diets death diets based on them not having everything the body needs. Most crops contains small amounts and possibly large amounts glyphosate, and other pesticides that build up over time causing health problems later in life.
All the foods the mainstream media has been beating into peoples heads, and touting as "healthy" are some of the worst offenders.
"Wheat, oats and barley, Roundup and other glyphosate-based herbicides are regularly sprayed on more than 70 crops, including almonds, apples, dry edible beans, lentils, chickpeas (garbanzo beans), peas, grapes, rice, and sunflowers."
In June 2022 CDC found 80% of urine samples drawn from children and adults in a US health study contained glyphosate,
Glyphosate was detected in 22 cases at an average concentration of 12.6 ppb. The maximum of 18.8 ppb was measured in the urine of a woman in Oregon. "

A tough admission incoming. I pray you will all be gentle! I use to tell everybody that they needed to just try the reading glasses at the dollar store instead of expensive ones from eye doc. No, it does NOT work for everyone! BUT enough that the word has got out and now it's difficult to find good ones at the store. That being said, 6 weeks ago I listened to Dr. Anthony Chaffee on youtube about plants killing us and that day I swore off veggies. Grains a little harder to do but I did switch to sourdough bread products and very little of that. Also still eating dairy products. I honestly have never felt better. No heartburn, indigestion and I haven't needed any extra FIBER either. And less brain fog! And ABSOLUTELY no soybean oil or any other seed oils. Have more energy than I've had in years. What a huge difference! I thought all my crappy moods were due to age, I just generally felt yucky! It may not be for everybody but it might be worth a try for others.
So you are not in ketosis right?
I don't know. I did feel like I was coming down with the flu at first but that has ceased. And I'm losing a pound a week so no complaints.
Biblical bread is a LOT different than today's bread. Did you read the article posted here about Tractor Supply chicken feed? Find it if you can and you will find out all you need to know. Easy on an Abundance of grain, And remember flours, pasta and breads are all made from grain. I never really gave it any thought, just ate it all. More careful these days. I am digressing here but I moved to a wheat country town not realize that wheat is a grass and I'm allergic to grass! Boy did I feel stupid! I do not know which veggies are ok but I Will find out. I love veggies.......

just to be sure
I watched my kids friends all eat vegan for years. I found an old cookbook of my grandmothers, which gave the nutrients in each type of food. It was a little after I started diving into vitamins and nutrients were being deprived of and how to combat covid, vax, etc. Showed my daughter (who drank oat milk). Asked her why grocery eggs need to be refrigerated but local ones don’t, why grass fed milk from Trader Joe’s lasts over a month but processed milk a week? She now drinks and eats everything in moderation. Her friends went from full vegan to eating EVERYTHING and now feels so much better. Her friend couldn’t understand why she was gaining weight, bc vegan is unhealthy. Anyway, my point is that they are targeting younger generations. The younger moms all try to raise their kids on plant based and gentle parenting. My daughter sent me an article of a mother who was starving her child bc she thought she was being healthy by giving the baby almond milk! Words getting out though on forums like tik tok and Instagram
I really think we need both plants and meat though the optimal ratio probably differs between each person. Whatever you eat, it should be organic and high quality. Eating just meat or just plants is probably better than the standard American diet though but imo having both is likely the best.
A lot of anecdotal stuff here.
Obviously you need a healthy balance, but I think our diets should be at least 75% plant based.
Micro greens is where it's at, and something you can do at home. Look up "Ann Wigmore", truly amazing.
Also Google this: "chlorophyll vs hemoglobin" and look at the image.
Plants are trying to kill us (and anyone pushing plants are using them as a murder weapon). Eat meat.
When you start to wonder if everything you have been told about health is a lie, it's hard to know what to believe. Logically, meat should have the nutrition that we need. Eskimos probably didn't eat a lot of plants. But humans have been eating grains for ten thousand years, so I wouldn't overreact. I'm willing to cut out sweets, go light on starches, and stop using seed oils. We eat fish and fowl, dairy and veggies.
It's not the plant based diet they ultimately want..it's a step to condition us to eat insects
Do carnivore diet or even keto for a month. You’ll feel the best you’ve ever felt. Plants are b grade food
It is all about control.
Following are some random thoughts relative to the subject.
Plant foods are more precarious than animal food sources. This is especially true with the massive farming operations that we have in our day. Forcing us to be dependent on them while they totally eliminate animal sources brings them one step closer to full control.
With the added benefit to them to be able wreak havoc with the weather they can create a crop disaster at their convenience.
They have massive food storage underground. While they destroy the sustainability of the earth to eliminate us they will be feasting away.
If you will notice we pretty much don’t even have seasonal foods anymore. We may have somewhat of an abundance of a particular crop in its season but the availability pretty much never ends. Take watermelon for instance. It has been available in the fresh cut fruit department all winter long without a break. It is still available. I assume it will be there until the next crop comes in. I’m pretty sure most of the salad mixes are grown underground in massive hydroponic farms.
The ultimate goal for us is to have nothing but bugs. These demons are very sick.
They never push a diet fad on us that is not detrimental to us in some way. When it comes to the plant based diet, the key word here is ‘based’. They mean to create fake foods that have their origins from plants, with lots of bugs added for protein. So it isn’t really a vegetarian diet they are pushing, but an artificial highly processed diet.
It is about full control and genocide.
I was just thinking about this;)^ have been seeing a switch from plants to a HUGE push for the carnivore diet. it's everywhere.
almost like there's not enough blood being spilled...saying this because packing houses are hideous, there has to be a better way, but they need the torture.
personally like a variety, so try to eat small portions of different foods, to avoid gluttony. think that's where a lot of the food problem is; not 'what' we eat, but how much/mindset.
*President Trump's love for Big Macs is an example, he's still healthy...
