Rip Ohio river, and the Mississippi river and all connevting rivers down to the LA Swamp lands... This is going to kill the aquatic life and surroundibg farm lands.
Methyl alcohol is the simplest alcohol. On a surface, methyl alcohol just evaporates. In the soil, it is biodegradable. As far as I can tell, the only thing that can be done in this case is to let the river flush it away and dilute it. In the Gulf of Mexico, it would be a drop in a bucket and no longer be a worry.
i'm pretty sure that wouldn't make a difference. the water in that river finds its way into the aquifers. but if it's any consolation, the cure for methanol poisoning is ethanol.
Is no one putting all these events together? We are under attack.
Bannon’s Warroom is in East Palestine, and a resident yesterday afternoon made reference to all of the train derailments and making a connection about “coordination” or “on purpose” or something and Bannon laughed and said to his daughter “Mo, what are you doing to me Mo? You’re going to get us in trouble…”
Why backing away so quickly from any linkage of these toxic spill events?
Methanol (also called methyl alcohol and wood spirit, amongst other names) is an ORGANIC chemical and the simplest aliphatic alcohol. It's a naturally occurring substance on this earth. This accident does nothing more than simply put back into nature what was taken from it.
Small amounts of methanol are present in normal, healthy human individuals. One study found a mean of 4.5 ppm in the exhaled breath of test subjects. The mean endogenous methanol in humans of 0.45 g/d may be metabolized from pectin found in fruit; one kilogram of apple produces up to 1.4 g of pectin (0.6 g of methanol.)
The Ohio River as a whole is ALREADY ranked as the most polluted river in the United States, based on 2009 and 2010 data.
But even 1,400 tons of methanol would be quickly dispersed in the Ohio river as its long-term mean discharge rate is 281,500 cu ft/s, the most turbulent and fastest in the nation.
Knowing the FACTS it seems that this is a big old nothing burger in the larger scheme of things. Just more fear-mongering.
This is why we can't have nice things
"Watch the water" as the fucking cabal tries to poison it, and the nation with attack after attack.

as planned
Sounds a lot like Rev 16:4 The third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water, and they became blood.
Except this isn't God's wrath against wickedness, but Satan's wrath against anyone who doesn't follow him.
God uses Satan, unchains him as necessary
If only we used pipelines...
They would just blow them up where they crossed the water and spill more volume. Kind of like they blew up the gas lines to Europe.
Tis true.
"Great tragedy on the River Ohio...'

My Grandpappy used to drink methanol all the time.
maybe just that once?
that gives me hope
All the time on one day about three days before his funeral perhaps.
Wood alcohol is deadly.
Ohio: I have news that could lead to the arrest of Hillary Clinton
DNC: Hol' up
Louisville, near Bourbon country. Hope the distillers use well water.

The CHICOMMS are picking different targets now that we're watching the trains.
At least the barge didn't derail!
I mean, COME ON!

Eh, methanol. wake me when they hit the gasoline barges going up and down from the refineries along the Ohio.
Also happened to a asphalt barge a few years ago in roughly the same place
So putting this shit on barges and hauling them in a waterway that is used in farming as well as drinking water is a good idea?
So I guess everything flows down from the Ohio river and we're fucked, then?
Gotcha
If it's JUST methanol, the good news is that it should eventually evaporate from the water supply.
The bad thing is, it'll probably kill a lot of things if not everything.
It will also take a good amount of time in those amounts, and vapors around the area could be harmful if concentrated enough.
'Toxic Methanol'?
