The position of traditional (aka sane) biology is that sex (male or female) is biological, that gender reflects sex.
The Transgender cultural Marxist position is that there is no such thing as sex (M, F), and that there is only "gender" aka a social construct (i.e. a concept, idea, not a fact).
Don't confuse the two homonyms "sex" which means Male or Female, with "Sex" which refers to the act of sexual engagement.
