Probably so. Christianity is cyclical through the generations. Read Judges. God’s people rebelled and suffered. When they turned back to God, he once again blessed them. Pray that our nation will have the spirit of revival increase!

Dear God, I hope so. My heart aches for my friends who have turned their backs on God. So many of my dearest friends from college, those who were an inspiration to and those whom I inspired, have abandoned their faith in favor of this "too cool for Jesus" attitude. I miss them, and I miss their fellowship. I pray for them daily and my heart breaks for them. They avoid me because I guess I remind them of when they still followed the Lord. I just want to be their friend again.

Yes, in 1995. I spelled her name wrong, so I fixed it. Her only son became a Christian in 1980, then a Baptist minister and she completely rejected him. What a devilish person!!! When I was in elementary school, the entire student body stood on the front lawn under a large tree for the pledge every morning. We need to get back to that.
