Who TF is that!? That isn't supposed to be Biden, is it? That is 100% a different person. I know some of the "Biden Double" posts can get a bit nitpicky, but this is very clearly NOT Biden.
If you showed this to anyone and asked which politician this is, nobody would say Biden.
I'm pretty sure I've seen this Biden before, but only a time or two.

Either they injected him w/ so much Botox or his forehead wrinkle magically vanished. The nose is way off as well, bidens nose comes t a point, where this guys is larger and more rounded at the tip.. Also where is the clef chin.? or the botched clef chin. biden usually has a line going up and to the left looking at him, this dude doesn't have one.
also this dude has too much side burn hair, bidens is real thinned out and the hair is not as thick. lastly bidens forehead isn't that round, its more flat then the skull lays back, does the same in the back of the head. this dude is just a round head.
OR... To many hours on the plane, bidens head inflated/de-flatted a few dozen times durring the trip thus making for a nice punching bag..
