Gonna play devil's advocate here.. Fauci didn't necessarily lie when he said he doesn't know how to use Twitter. When he "takes over someone's account" it probably means he's got some tech-savvy intern doing it for him, and he's telling them what to say. .............hold on a moment, maybe that's the loophole for him saying he doesn't know how to use Twitter, because if he is speaking through someone, that is technically him communicating on Twitter. So wow, even when attempting to play devil's advocate, I wound up realizing that Fauci was being deceitful in his side-stepping "answers."
It's all double speak and lawyer talk wrapped in as much plausible deniability as possible. They know exactly what they're doing, but they ensure they talk in an ambiguous way that allows them an exit.
I'd be more interested in uncovering bank accounts that Fauci has control over. That includes the ones associated with NIH as well as his personal accounts. I want to know much he has stashed away, where he got it and how much of our taxpayer funds ended up in the accounts of partners in crime? . We all know this POS is a liar. I want to know how rich he and his pals are and how they got that way? I want to see bank records not tweets.
But you will still have a jury that is overpropagandized into supporting or not supporting someone against natural morals and that remains a problem as well.
With that $400m in royalties it is pretty obvious that The highest paid government employee's salary Was about as meaningful as fractional cents are to the average American.
Office Space. There may have been others, but I know they used this MO in this film. Stole way more than they bargained for, forgot to learn how to launder funds. Hilarity ensues.

Saying something with the intent to mislead is textbook definition of lying. It doesn't matter if the statement is true or not, what matters is the intent and that was to mislead.

Very much so, I was already so disheartened when the Panama papers fell on deaf years.
Are they really deaf if the censorship / narrative control is so extensive?
I'm so tired of "plausible deniability" is a concept. They use it to skirt the law so many times.
The justice system as a whole needs modernization, since a jury will always be tainted now anyway.
A working Justice system where you are unable to shop for Judges limits plausible deniability.

Plausible Deniability always reminds me of Diplomatic Immunity —

Wasn't there a movie about a guy who was stealing fractional cents? Can't for the life of me think of it.

True, if the court of law didn’t look past this in political and white collar situations for as long as it has we’d been in a better spot as a society
The true issue is that we're focusing on something that's inconsequential.
Who cares if he lied about using Twitter?
Mention it in passing, sure why not? But on the fauci list of transgressions who really gives a fuck about that?
Its still a contempt of Congress charge.
His daughter worked at Twitter. I highly doubt he didn't know how to use Twitter. It's not really that difficult to scroll and type.
If he gave a person permission to speak on his behalf he's screwed
