Ian Murdock did not kill himself.
That's the first mistake.
You should work out because you want to and have a goal, not because you feel bad if you don't.
This is also a problem for people who walk a lot or feel they have to walk a lot: the perception creates stress, which can actually cause weight gain to counteract the caloric deficit you just created.
I know your post is just being funny, but it's actually a real problem. People should want to work out because it makes them stronger and feel better and healthier, not because they feel they have to.
It also creates a perception that working out is harder than it is or takes more time than it does, which discourages people from sticking with it.
It was kind of a joke, but I commend you for being helpful. thank you :)
Don't feel too bad. He's very likely on TRT if he's almost 70 with that physique.
But also there's time left in the day, you can still work out.
There's a reason why buying and holding testosterone is illegal in the States. They want men weak. Imagine the US were older men in there 60+ years with the test levels of a healthy 20 year old man. Instead we get soy laden food and other things to destroy men's testosterone levels making men deteriorate as they age and to pacify them.
For sure. Our diets and lifestyles destroy our test levels, no doubt working as intended.
If you're not on TRT and need it to retain youthful function, then you should feel bad for not living up to your potential
i thought I was looking at Piers Brosnan and was having a stroke reading that name as Bart lol
