Youre bound by case law due to your implied consent of conducting business within the frame work of the government, it is a corporate setting. Drivers license, taxes, obeying the speed limit, all of it are expected of you if you want to participate in that corporate setting. Jfk jr is not alive according to this corporation, the name is no longer participating. If what the point we're getting at is true, Q was not wrong saying JFK Jr. Is not alive.
