Hmmm. I'm going to have to disagree with you here. I think that is a fantastic rule for a platform, so long as it is equally applied to everyone.
I would agree if this wasnt nationally important. As a public figure, you get less privacy. Thats just the way it is. And probably the way it should stay.

I finally got a review of my permanent suspension on Jan 7,2020. I shared PDJT's posts to the crowd on 1/6/20 and was suspended the next day. They were literally my last posts. My review only stated that I had violated terms of service and my account would not be reinstated. No explanation of what terms... nothing. Fuck Twatter.

Ever since TSLA was about to go under $100, things have felt different at Twitter. I think the deep state, through institutions like Blackrock, was ready to deploy every asset and kill Tesla unless Elon agreed to their demands regarding Twitter. Recall this was during the height of the Twitter files when a big bombshell report was supposed to come out regarding Fauci. That also ended up getting delayed and never lived up to the hype.
I think it’s all part of the show, including WEF CEO. The blitz to put out all Hunter photos was orchestrated to show that Twitter still has ties to the DS (not for lack of trying to Elon, I think) and that even if they don’t own it anymore there are still ways for them to hide/block information. This is in direct response to Normies who spent the last six months being exposed to Memes and Spicy Content and now all of the sudden twitter is once more censoring conservative voices in order to protect hunter biden. All part of the OP to show the difference between Elon’s Twitter and WEF CEO’s twitter.

I truly don't understand anything else you're saying. If you want Twitter to be a Free Speech Zone, it needs to be nationalized. Otherwise, as a private entity, they have extremely broad freedom about how they allow people to use their property. And that includes setting privacy rules.

I'm shilling for the first amendment then, and the 14th, as well as property rights. If you want to control Twitter, then you need to take control of Twitter. Until then, they have the right to determine how people on their property use their property.

In theory, if everyone played by the same rules and laws, sure. In practice not so much.

Corporations have the freedom to set the rules for their property as they like. And they also get to enforce those rules as they like, as long as failure to enforce does not cause law breaking to happen on their property (for example, copyright).
It can be both. What we would need to know is if they are doing this because they're being paid to do this, expect a favor in return, or because they received a threatening takedown request over it.

I don’t have a problem with governments enforcing the law against corporations, no. I DO have a problem with governments ordering corporations to break the law, yes. I also think Citizens United is the most nonsensical, repugnant gutter mung to ever be entertaining and anyone who behaves as if it’s a valid law accepts that there is no longer a government for or by the American people, and lies vituperatively every time they pretend they believe it. So…yea.
If our government couldn't lean on corporations, we couldn't have rooted out commies as effectively from the media machine as we did back in the good ol days.

No, I mean lean on corporations. It's a cuts both ways thing, like freedom of speech. Your problem isn't that the government is telling corporations what to do, it's that the wrong people are currently controlling the government. That's all I'm trying to say.
