I understand the meaning behind this. But this might actually be a potential danger. What if when the pendulum comes back the other way, we have gone so extreme left, that it skips (center right) and it goes straight to authoritarian right or extreme right dictatorship. Next election will be more important than 2020 for sure, and with much more severe consequences.
Our enemies have bastardized the concept of the political spectrum. The real spectrum is that all forms of authoritarianism are on the left, and individual freedom ideologies are on the right. Government schools with forced baptism would be on the left. Voluntary schools where families can choose religious instruction or not are on the right. For example, muslims who don’t want me to be free to live peacefully as an “infidel” are leftists, but the commies in media and academia mislabel them as “far right” in order to slander anti-authoritarians as being meddlesome zealots. Muslims and commies are both on the left because they both want to mess with you unnecessarily. The right wing are the people who want to leave you alone.
I think the left were actually correct when they said that far-right was Nazis committing genocide against Jews, the gays, and undesirables. Far right is when the right uses force to integrate their agenda, the Crusades being another example. I'm rooting for another Hitler and another Crusade at this point, TBH.
Nazis were National Socialists. They were leftists. If the tales of their use of ethnic cleansing are true, they were using the same forceful methodology as the Soviet communists who genocided millions.
You know who else rooted for Hitler? The Rothschilds. They wanted him to be a Judas goat for the German people. They wanted to see Germans overextended, spread thin, and defeated. They wanted tens of thousands of civilians in Dresden to get firebombed.
Lots of people here who hate the lgbt happily use government benefit programs. Socialism is not a deal breaker. Our farmers take farming subsidies. Right v. Left is not primarily about socialsim. It is primarily traditionalism vs. degeneracy, or religious values vs. anti-religious values.
Hitler was very traditional in his values, and Germany was a Christian nation. They were obviously on the Right as we primarily define it today. We don't define Right as a specific system of government, but an ideology with ideological values.

The topic of discussion has been the political spectrum, not the religious spectrum. “Left” and “right” are political terms, not religious terms. It was leftist commies who confused you about this. “Left” vs “right” is more about communism vs anti-communism than about personal degeneracy vs religious traditionalism.
The right is about respecting others’ liberty, and the left is about disrespecting others’ liberty by way of force. Degeneracy only becomes a political issue and relevant to the political spectrum when it is forced upon people, or when reactions to its consequences are forced on people. Then it’s on the left side, because initiation of force is a leftist value.

Forced destruction and degeneracy are leftist values, so when the “elites” use force they are being true believers in leftism.

What you are proposing prevents me from looking at the Crusades as a cool thing that the religious right needs to do again, because it involved disrespectful "force" which you say is "leftist".
You are wrong, of course. Sometimes force is necessary. The founding fathers used force, Hitler used force, and the Crusades used force. It has nothing to do with "forced destruction" being an inherent property of leftism. This is your personal loony invention.
I said the initiation of force. Of course violence can be the proper reaction to others’ initiation of force. The crusades were supposedly to “reclaim” the holy lands, not to claim them for the first time. Islam only started several hundred years after Christianity did. Muslims taking the holy land was the initiation of force. Fighting back isn’t leftism. It’s respecting property rights in the rightwing tradition.
Hitler was authoritarian right. Or the moral dictator sort of. The fact that nazi Germans had socialist programs mainly comes from them being nationalistic. In nationalism you take care of your own, and that obviously involves charity and in this case, forced charity by the moral dictatorship. Of course morality is subjective but you understand the foundation for this explanation.

I'm pretty sure that plenty of Christians would be upset as well over this. All Christians don't have the same religious beliefs, and Baptism is a pretty contentious subject among some denominations. And even the method of baptism is a hotly debated subject.
God, I hope someone dares to ask me why I'm so transphobic that I would deny a child get their (puke) "gender confirmed". Ok, I'm willing to think about it if you're willing to consider teachers baptizing kids without parental consent. Just to see their heads explode and their brains misfire.

Or start bible classes or religious classes for the particular christian denomination or just christian basics.
When I was in junior high at a catholic school, there was an agreement that 1 day a week we'd go to the public school for vo-tech and any of their students could come to ours for religious instruction. On 1 occasion I had to come back to my school to get something and was amazed that the class was FILLED with the public school kids.
Last I heard kids could have religious classes at public school only if they request and arrange it.
Probably at first confusion as to why their children are acting happier and behaving better, but of course blind rage and denial when they find out why.
