As a CEO, one doesn't want to throw the baby out with the bathwater, even if it was tempting.
In any case, how does one implement such a pre-emptive eradication policy? Post a survey? People do lie on surveys, to save their jobs. So that wouldn't work.
In any case, 'left wing' is not necessarily a pre-condition for bad behavior, although it seems so, currently. That is the problem. So, one has to catch them re-handed, as is apparent in the recent firing of those who banned Matt Walsh for the 'What is a woman' YT.

Think of Elon as the captain of a giant ship. He has no real control over what happening in the engine room or other essential parts of the ship.

Twatter is still far from perfect. But the absurd hyperbole in the title of the post hurts the argument.
Anyone who has been on Twatter for the past few years knows that by no means is censorship "worse than ever". Twatter has changed dramatically for the better under Musk.
It can get better, obviously. But it is largely now a free speech platform.

Correction: The censoring is worse under WEF CEO. Also, there are loads of bullshit still in place to censor people automatically. I think this this will end up being a case of the whole platform needing to be tossed out because it was built from the ground up to be a PsyOp platform, and this is just giving Elon more ammunition; wouldn’t it be hilarious if he bought a public company, only to turn around and sue the FBI and CIA for the entire worth of the company for selling a defective product to him? Just offering some insider advice. Without knowing the original post. Sometimes they get you on the "description" of the content not the actual content. Chases are you were on someone's radar. You previously had other "offenses" and they were waiting for you to slip up so they could issue another report. If it's anything like Nextdoor, certain violations have more points. When you hit the threshold the close your account. I'm also a twitter community reviewer so I see how sensitive these libtards are.
Hmmm good plan, come in publicly shaming censorship and then flip the switch back on to silence conservatives again. The libs sink quietly back into their echo chamber and few conservatives are awake enough to realize what just happened.
