By Natural Law you do have the Right to defend against CPS taking your children. By Cabal Law, or, if you prefer, United States Govt. Law, doing so is illegal and will likely get you killed.

Natural Law sets limits on what you can do. All Natural Laws are real, actual limits, set by the Universe itself (or if you prefer, God, Source, Nature, etc.). You cannot cross a real limit, so there are no consequences for doing so.

All other systems of Laws, such as Maritime Law, Common Law, Constitutional Law, etc. are descriptions of limits. Because these limits are false limits, valid only within the fiction of law itself, the system of laws sets consequences for crossing them, thus, all laws, other than Natural Law are both fictional, and part of a system of coercion.

Coercion creates a belief in limits that don't really exist, thus making us believe that we don't have the choices that we do. Our unalienable Rights are just that; they can't be taken away, not even in theory. Included in those Rights is the Right to Defend our Life, Liberty, Family, and Property. Laws then, as we understand them, creates a set of coercive consequences to ensure that all activity falls within a box of the Cabal's design through the belief that if we cross those limits, our lives will be forfeit. That belief is not untrue, but the choice is still yours. In many cases the system of law (not Natural Law) says "comply or die," or perhaps, "comply or be locked up with Bubba," etc. You can still make the choice to Defend your family, but Bubba is a real consequence of that decision, thus the belief that you don't have a choice. You still do have the choice, the system of coercion just makes it a shitty choice.

In a world without such a system, or perhaps a different such system (which is a broader discussion), if someone came to steal your child, you would do everything you could to stop them from doing so. The consequences would be whatever fate determined, they would not be prescribed. In our system, CPS can legally come steal your child. Because of Bubba, you believe you have lost your Right to defend, so you let them steal your child. Human Law then is, in general, a subversion of our Rights. It doesn't actually take them away, it just makes us believe that we should give them up through coercion.

This shows the fundamental problem with our ideas of what a govt. is (all governments we know about or understand were created by the Cabal, including the U.S. Constitution).

The only possible way to have a govt. that doesn't create such a system of coercion is for every Individual to have an understanding of their Sovereignty and their Jurisdiction. If everyone understood that, no such system of government could possibly exist, because the governed (We The People) would never allow it. Thus, the first thing to do in any government is to take away that understanding; to make people believe that sacrificing some of their Jurisdiction for the greater good is the bestest thing ever. That was what our Constitution did. It was a subtle evil so profound, once you see it, once you really get it, the otherwise invisible Cabal box becomes visible, lit up like a neon sign.

CPS is in the business of kidnapping children on the most spurious and ambiguous allegations. With these anonymous tips, the victim is never allowed to face their accuser. It is a tribunal much like a star chamber and not a jury one faces to get their children back. I even knew of an acquaintance whose children were confiscated as a result of his estranged wife and he was prevented from knowing where they were taken. In his attempts to go through CPS to find resolution, CPS sold his children to another couple. It took him over 5- years to locate his children.

CPS is a profit making operation. They are paid multi-thousand dollar bonuses for confiscating children. It was Bill Clinton that set this precedent into motion weaponizing CPS. All it takes is an anonymous tip for it to happen. A vindictive neighbor, school teacher, and even an absolute stranger can be the source of the complaint. Bearing false witness is common in CPS cases. Raising your voice to your child is by statute/law considered 'child abuse'. Yelling at your children to stop playing in the street incredibly meets this threshold for CPS to investigate. CPS has absolute authority to enter a home without a warrant to inspect your premises for any 'signs' of child neglect or abuse. I knew of a single working mom, who had her two young daughters confiscated for dirty dishes left in the kitchen sink. She believed a vindictive neighbor called CPS on her because the mom would let the daughters play in the yard without her being physically out there watching them. The irony here is mom would watch them from the kitchen window as she was doing dishes.

The way to fix CPS is to become a foster parent with integrity. As much as we hate the system, the kids in it hate it even more.

If every Christian who said they were interested in adoption made an effort to do so, we could break the foster care system within a year.

Create a law that holds CPS responsible for their actions.

We have all these BS people that are told they have immunity to law and order.

A person who worked at my kids school tells me my kid is our kid. I looked at him and no the child is my kid and I called him a child pedo-the way he said it creeped me out. I was barred from the before and after school program. How can one be barred from a tax paying thing? Yet that thing is able to stay there? I rolled on. If CPS showed up they would all be sued.

Yet they keep doing this and no one is standing up to them. They are taught they are the authority and we are their subjects.

Somehow it seems impossible to me that her daughter would want to transition unless she had that daughter in public school.

This isn't what it is, this is what it has become. CPS was desperately needed when it was founded. It has BECOME corrupted. The CPS was founded on a truly important concept of removing children from destructive and abusive parents. The sexual abuse of children was a big problem in the 30's and 40's. At least from what my grandfather and grandmother told me. Both of their families had abusive parents and so did many of their friends in school. My great aunt was actually pictured in the newspaper in the 1940's because of how bad the physical abuse was. It was the first time in the area that a father was arrested for abusing his daughter. The pictures of her face after she was beaten so badly that you couldn't see her face was a face. He had also been sexually molesting her since she was and adolescent. She stood up to him as a teen and he beat her so badly, they arrested and prosecuted him. There were no protections for children back then. People suspected, but no one intervened. The founding of CPS was to protect these children.
