Video: Would be Mass Public Shooter Armed With AR-15 Stopped By An Employee With A Concealed Handgun Permit - No MSM Coverage
A building employee of Las Vegas' Turnberry Towers is being hailed as a hero by residents for shooting a man who was firing upon the building's front desk
That’s the real power of the media: controlling what is and what is not news. You can’t have an opinion about something you never heard about.
I’ve noticed the days getting longer “obviously due to the fossil fuel industry and climate change”, if this continues we will all burn alive! So what am I saying? We only have about 8 months to live till we all burn alive under a constant climate change forever sun!!!
There was a mall shooting not far from me. CCW holder dropped the perp with a pistol shot, almost 50 yards. Local news reported it. The big network affiliates reported on the shooting, but conveniently left out the part about an armed civilian dropping the perp.
I rememeber this. Great shot.
Remarkable shot. What kind of pistol was he using?
Sig 220 I think, I assume we are talking about the church shooting in Texas?
Indiana, Greenwood park mall.
9mm Glock.
Oh, it thought it was the based guy in Texas that made the snap 50ft head shot. I think I remember it now, kid was barely old enough to carry and took a 65ft shot. Personally I’m not really a Glock fan, I was a cop in North Carolina in the early-mid 90’s. We switched from S&W 5906’s to first gen Glock 17’s. I hated it and never shot another after leaving. Walther PPQ is what I like personally, actually I love it, the grip, trigger, accurate as hell.
Agreed.
Glock's are decent, but not what they used to be. And they never really ever come up with something "totally new" in the design department.
Not bashing them at all, but there are much better options.
Glad to see he had a helmet. Did he receive his trophy?
I'm so glad I was able to take my little inherited mouse gun out to the country this weekend and practice on it. It shoots 22s. And I could have that damn thing tucked into my hair bun it's so small. I could wear it as a belt buckle and nobody would think it was real. Until they FAFO.
So no news on the shooter? Why he did it, is he arrested, is he dead?
He was a resident there, he 💀 now
That stumble at the end. LOL
Nice to see proper training and firearm use lead to lives being saved
That stumble at the end made me think he got shot in the back. It looks like just as he exits that outer door he gets hit in the back. Now, our hero employee won't go down for excessive violence or whatever they could make up, saying he overdid it. Why? Because our crazed gunman here is white. If he were a black man our hero employee would be looking at murder charges.
FBI in the van down the street says, “Damn it!”
Is the clown dead? Sure looks like one of those shorts detonated his heart, LOL!!
Shot in the back leaving the premises.
I’d call that a good shoot, but….
But what? A mass shooter poses a threat to anyone that he comes across. Walking out the door may mean that you are temporarily safe, but if he takes his frustration out on bystanders on the street AND you could have prevented that...I would gladly bear the guilt of shooting him in the black while he was fleeing an armed response than to feel the guilt of innocents being shot outside. The same goes for a serial killer. Don't stop until he is down, he will kill again. If you have the chance to stop him and you don't, you bear guilt over his future victims. You wouldn't be responsible for those deaths, but the guilt would be terrible.
I agree with your sentiment. However one needs to think about the legal consequences.
Shooting someone in the back while the prosecutors would claim he is retreating is a potential life sentence for murder.
True, but it is always a question of doing the right thing even knowing the consequences can be dire. There are some hills worth dying on and some that are not. It would suck, but living with guilt because he killed multiple people in the street (or even worse he gets away and does it again with more preparation and the body count climbs) because you were afraid that you may be prosecuted because you stopped him would seem cowardly to me. I would rather take my chances with a jury knowing I did the right thing, than to live with both guilt and a feeling of cowardice.
What happened to the original shooter? Can't find anything after a search, just wondering if he ded. Or another MK victim himself?
I bet he got fired for carrying afterwards
Hooray for the 2nd Amendment!!!
Hip! Hip!
