Seems very much why Dr. Ron Paul so often speaks so well of President Trump!
Let's make this happen. America doesn't need to be an empire, we need to be a Republic again.
If we were an Empire, we'd have more land.
To be honest, I'm not sure what we are. But perpetual stolen elections, we are not a Republic anymore.
We are an empire and the lands we control we do so by proxy not by direct rule. We use bribery, coercion and threats and if that doesnt work we send in the military to fight 'insurgencies' in order to 'protect our Democracy'.

"A rose by any other name..." America may never have promoted the name of "Empire" but all the signs of one have been there for decades. Up until just a few years ago, we had a powerful military, outposts in many other countries, global influence, a dominant currency, changed regimes of other countries at will, and so on. We were pushed beyond our Republic status by grifters and power mad politicians, and We The People fell asleep somewhere around the 1960s and let it happen.
All that changed, though, in recent years, as our government became bloated, over-regulated and nameless unelected bureaucrats grabbed more and more power to run our lives and the lives of people abroad.
Call it what you will, but Empires do collapse, just like Democracies. But a Republic has a better chance of survival. I pray for the restoration of the American Republic and isolationism, nationalism, and America First.
People on the left talk about what the DNC did to Bernie while forgetting what the RNC did to Ron Paul. I can only imagine how much better off our country would be if the RNC hadn't prevented him from getting the republican nomination. He was unbeatable.

People on the left believe DNC cheated bernie twice. They believe Trump colluded with Russia to steal the election. They believe election was stolen from killary. Yet they cannot fathom the concept that this election was stolen from Trump and from us.

Evil people have been working against the Constitution even before the ink was dry.
But how would we "provide" jobs for all the "not regularly unemployable" people who couldn't get jobs in the private sector?
There are two forms of government assistance, one is hiring unemployable people and paying them to do meaningless jobs to slow down efficiency and the other is welfare.
