The Amish are generally far physically more active then the average American. They eat better as well. And usually since they’re often inside by sundown. They usually get more sleep then the average American.
All of which contributes to a better overall health. Which by extension means they’re less likely to die from what was all things considered. A Minor Illness. Even for the less then healthy portions of the country that weren’t living like the Amish.
I live in one of the larger Amish communities and they do Vax, about 50-60% do childhood jabs here. Most were smart enough to reject cv jabs. A few did take them though. Most never fell for any of the bologna narrative.

only took a few generations of providing everything people needed so that they forgot how to do it for themselves.
