@LCDLAW1: 1/4 TRUMP ATTORNEYS WTF🚨 This looks VERY bad. I've attached 4 screenshots indicating DOJ perpetrated a FRAUD on the Court in its warrant application affidavit. These show Trump's attorneys KNOW there was fr...…
OK, so explain it to me like I'm five years old plz. I read all of it, but cannot make head or tail of it. Is there some legaleeze I am missing?
If they clarified that more than just the storage room was being searched and confirmed Trump knew this, then moving documents out of the storage room is no longer obstruction. (maybe? I'm not a lawyer but this is how I interpret this)
He knowingly moved them from one location where there was going to be a search to another he knew was going to be searched as well. He didn't try to hide anything.
Example: You got documents in your garage and you are told your entire property is going to be searched. Knowing that, if the docs get moved from garage to living room you're not obstructing anything. The docs haven't been moved outside the known area of the search. If anything it looks like they were collected into one place to make the search easier.
That's how I read it. I'd add that if they are aware of this (which would be difficult to believe they were not), they may just be waiting for the right time to push back. Reads like a Trump Card.
What's the deal with the contradiction Jack?
I like this thought. It is said that timing is everything!
Thanks I think if I kept reading I'd get it but my brain shuts down on Saturday morning after a long week and you saved me some time!
That 👆
We are both looking at a blank coin . No heads or tail for me either???
The Goal is to get into Court and then through testimony expose all the dirty secrets that were in those 'Classified' documents. This is the way to get the dirty secrets into the public domain. This is how you legally expose the traitors.
This is why Trump is so blithe about the whole thing while his aids and supporters are freaking out. And is a perfect example of how smart people come up with ridiculous explanations for things because they aren't aware of Q and how it fills in the gaps. (Basically why are white hats so inept when it comes to legal work.)
He knows he has piles of evidence on cabal crimes sitting in his house and is happy to let the FBI enter it into court for him.
Trump being indicted also serves the purpose of normalizing Presidential prosecution for the hoi polloi. If the fed started rounding up the cabal w/out this think how many of our brainwashed friends and family would go feral thinking there was some sort of "Trump coup" in progress.
White hats are showing us what the process will be by walking Trump through it with fake evidence. Then the cabal actors will be walked through it with real evidence.
Lastly of course this takes us to the precipice and makes us all fully understand what's at stake and how far the cabal is willing to go in pursuit of earthly interests and how deeply ingrained their power structure is.
It would almost make one to believe they want their day in court! Kek
How do you say This is a Colossal Sting Operation!
We need the Robert Gouveia decode.
I read it as well, and I think he's saying that the obstruction was for moving the boxes out of the storage area. However, the search area specified was also included the TALMAC area, so moving boxes out of storage but still in that area was not obstruction. The prosecutor changed the wording in later submissions ignoring that fact and basically lied to the court. I think anyway, it's very leagaleezy.
Best deconstruct yet
So, this is another "two scoops" indictment.
To add. Tbis should scare the shit out of every person in this country. They have broken many laws. Too many to count. Just to try and wrongfully imprison someone who was President for some of it and former President for the rest.
What will they do to anyone who wasnt a President? What power does any citizen have. What protections? They are making it obvious that the law does not matter to them and that they will use it to wrongfully prosecute any and everyone and they dont need a reason.
They’ve been doing it for so long, and they never got disciplined, sanctioned, disbarred, or prosecuted.
"Where are the Motions to Dismiss Indictment..." Knowing our POTUS, he's waiting until "eyes on" court appearance to make the DOJ look inept...again.
Replace the world "DOJ" with "Gestapos", everything suddenly makes sense.
"Fraud on the Court" is when either a judge or an officer of the court (i.e. attorney) makes any statement of misrepresentation, which is relied upon by the judge in rendering a judicial decision.
When it happens, it means that the judicial decision is VOID from the beginning, and the decision can be set aside (declared not valid).
So, if DOJ attorneys committed Fraud on the Court AND the judge issued an opinion based on that information (not realizing it was fraudulent), then that judge's decision is VOID. It will take a court action to make that declaration, but that is how it SHOULD be done.
Ultimately, this case should be dismissed.
