Oooooo....that will be good if he get that. He will tell all .
I think.... There's no way in hell most judges would allow it.
I can already hear "Mr. Trump, you're NOT turning these proceeding into reality TV", and GEOTUS firing back with, "so you're saying these proceedings are fake news then?"
So much potential troll food.
Unless he would be testifying the defendant doesn't speak much.
It will be interesting if the let cameras in. I don't know if any federal court has had cameras
Judge is Aileen M. Cannon, though.
Five things to know about Aileen M. Cannon, the judge who granted Trump a special master

Let's do it. Camera in all court room at all time.
Didn't we have cameras watching the people counting ballots?
Of course we do. We have corrupted 3-letters agencies.

Have they ever allowed cameras in federal court? If not, another legal template. The revolution may not be televised but the end-justice might.
AI says:
As of my last update in September 2021, the rules and policies regarding cameras in federal courts in the United States vary and have evolved over time. Historically, cameras were not allowed in federal courtrooms, and the practice of broadcasting court proceedings was generally limited to audio recordings or transcripts.
However, there have been some instances where cameras have been allowed in federal courtrooms on a limited basis for specific cases or proceedings. For example, certain high-profile cases or landmark hearings may have been permitted to be recorded or televised with the approval of the presiding judge.
Additionally, some federal appeals courts have allowed cameras to record oral arguments, although this practice has not been uniform across all circuits. Each federal circuit has its own rules and guidelines regarding media coverage and cameras in courtrooms.
It is important to note that the policies and rules regarding cameras in federal courts are subject to change, and any decisions on allowing cameras are typically made on a case-by-case basis or through the implementation of pilot programs.
For the most current and accurate information on the use of cameras in federal courtrooms, it is best to consult the policies of the specific federal court or circuit in question
Thank you.
I don't know why it's even legal for court rooms to disallow cameras to begin with.
well, potentially, given the nature of what is in the documents, this could be a national security issue.
You simply cannot prosecute something of such great importance to the public without the public being able to see.
"National security" as an excuse has long flown the coop. Reject the excuse at every turn.
Everything related to the Dems nowadays is a national security issue.
Hmmm...are these the same dems that are perfectly ok with Biden et al taking bribery money from China? The same ones that have no issues with top secret info on an unsecured server in Clinton's bathroom. Please! These demons have been selling top secret info to our enemies for years! So we see right through this nation security crap. They think we are stupid. That will be their downfall.
you're right, but they're still going to use it and there won't be any way to stop it.
If people were ready to stand against it, they could stop it. We are clearly not there though.
But there needs to be literally zero support and a ton of public pushback on these hearings, and honestly every time they say we should be verbally raking them over the coals.
Federal trials have a longer history than cameras.
Upvote #47.
Enjoy the show?😁
Huh. How do you introduce evidence to the public? BOOM.
#accountability
Do you really think Trump would take the stand if they have camera rolling?
No, but he probably wouldn't take the stand anyway. There's no benefit to that from the defense's perspective. When you're not guilty, you don't need to risk saying anything that could be misconstrued
Ya didn't work for that lawyer Murdough taking the stand.
That’s a power move right there. If they don’t want to do it, the optics are terrible for them.
And so, begins, the shutdown!
All court proceedings should be public - with very few exceptions. There may be cases where you could argue that it needs to be private to protect the victim, but let's be honest here, how often is that excuse being used to protect the guilty?
Easy enough to make victims voices unidentifiable to the camera, and a screen to block their faces from the camera's view is a simple solution.
You mean the court date of May 20th 2024?
Probably never happen because the truth is not what their after, most court have these systems already. I know south Carolina has them.

All court rooms should have cameras, and all cases should televised to the public. It should be a crime (and probably is) to not have cameras in court rooms.
it's certainly not a crime.
Federal courts don't allow cameras. It's not new to this case. This is why courtroom sketch artists exist.
WOWZA...exposing the Federal Government Justice System to the sunlight like NOBODIES BUSINESS....BOOOOOOOM!!!!!!
LET'S GO !!!
Must see TV.
