All court proceedings should be public - with very few exceptions. There may be cases where you could argue that it needs to be private to protect the victim, but let's be honest here, how often is that excuse being used to protect the guilty?
Easy enough to make victims voices unidentifiable to the camera, and a screen to block their faces from the camera's view is a simple solution.

All court rooms should have cameras, and all cases should televised to the public. It should be a crime (and probably is) to not have cameras in court rooms.
