Only mildly. Because if there were a prize of $50,000 for being able to rotate the image and post it here on GAW as a new post as OP did, I wouldn't even know where to start. (Like a lot of folks I don't do puzzles very well; so I can't figure out how to make the Post thing work on this site. I interact only via comments.) In that regard it actually is sort of stupendously amazing, at least to to me.

If we want to stretch this into something almost relevant, this symbol matches one of Guido von List's Armanen runes, which were co-opted by the Thule Society and later the Nazis for various Nazi purposes like the SS emblem and the modern Azov battalion. This tilted X could be either the Eh or the Nauth rune. When placed in the circular arrangement, the Eh rune correlates to the number 17.
