I lived in Makawao, Maui, until 6/2022. I am hearing of well over 1000 dead. My neighbor there said her brother lost his home, & fumed that a brokerage firm had called wanting to buy his "vacant land" for insultingly cheap.
The kids of Lahaina were home since school was canceled for that day. I would not put it past the pedos to know this in advance, snatch & grab the most marketable ones (we know the pedos got a thang for "of color") & give their Kahu's an empty casket. Just a hunch.

I know people who were fire-fighter, you need to have two things in order for the fire to burn.
What's on the pavement because that's a concrete. Unless you have a bunch of gasoline leaking all over, it won't burn like that. I was on the fire line before also, so I know this too.
It just dawned on me that it acts very much like Sterno/alcohol in the way that it moved.
What's strange is how it remains intact, not leaving any kind of "residue" for lack of better term, as it moves. I mean, I would expect there to be some "transference" of the fire with the physical world - like a slug/snail slime trail - but there is none.
This leads me to wonder if it's plasma. Most are familiar with the first 3 states of matter, but the 4th, plasma - most if us have limited information outside of what we've seen in videos and things like plasma cutters etc.

The flames are not "moving," they are being blown sideways by the wind. What you are seeing as "flame" is really airborne burning particles. They would have no connection to the roadway. You can see that the winds are blowing sheets of flame from stable burning patches on the ground. Nothing to do with plasma. No "transference" necessary.
It certainly moves very strangely. I admit I would not know how or why. I know about using alcohol. It evaporates quickly though.

Yeah - Def not any fuel I am familiar with, incl. alky. Even dust would have to be in a very high concentration to ignite - like a dust bomb in the wood shop, ignited by static.
We may never know the real story...All I know is, it's strange and I haven't heard any reasonable scientific explanations yet.

It just looks like flames being blown across the pavement to me. Just as a flame can go up from a burning material, wind can make flames go sideways.
The winds are blowing the flames across the surface. They are not arising from the surface. You have to think in terms of what the combustion is. The fuel is solid material from plants and possibly dust. (Sawdust or grain dust can produce terrible fires.) The wind is blowing plenty of dust. So the burning particles are blown across the street by the wind. The redness of the flames indicates that it is carbonaceous material and the fuel/air ratio is higher than it would be in quiet air, where there would be normal draft. This is an example of the capricious nature of forest fires and urban fires generally.
It's even worse, the insurance companies then share the info with the "investors" and call those that were just denied and give them a lowball offer. Really bad, I hope it bites the baddies on this one. It's all so transparent.

I bet there was some HARRP action on that storm also to whip up the winds. They just waited for a good storm or hurricane to stir things up and go with their plans. Once the winds came in it was 'go time'.
