Ivermectin is OTC in a few states (TN, VT, maybe more). Horse paste is available almost anywhere: lots of folks on the board have testified to using it.
You say it's wrecking her. If she's having trouble breathing or has low oxygen levels (a pulse oximeter is cheap, and sold at most pharmacies), you may want to consider nebulizing hydrogen peroxide. My story about how it helped me overnight is here: https://greatawakening.win/p/140cbVkN65/when-vitamins-and-ivm-dont-seem-/
Tractor Supply and get the liquid. Agri-mectin or Ivermectin is listed as injectable but add to a couple ounces of juice instead. All Ivermectin is dosed by weight so use the cattle weight instructions on the bottle. It costs a fraction of the price per dose of paste and is easier to take. Right next to the case where they have the Ivermectin they have the syringes and needles for measuring purposes. I use the 6ml syringe and 16-gauge needle to make is easy to draw and measure. Just squirt what you need into a couple ounces of juice. Agri-mectin is $65 for 200ml and Ivermectin is $75 for 250ml. 1ml is equivalent to a 12 mg tablet or 110-pound dose. The syringe and needles will add about $8.
I agree. Order the horse paste (really more like gel.) Get it fast and cheap. You can get it in a day or two from Amazon.
Or, check your local online Yellow Pages for Feed Stores. Anyplace that has horse feed, or that has horse equipment and saddlery (a tack shop) will usually carry ivermectin paste. You can call them first to make sure.
I've bought the paste in the pet department of WalMart, though that's been a while and it was in a region where many people keep horses. But you could check there, too.
Here is the protocol from Dr. Zelenko https://vladimirzelenkomd.com/treatment-protocol/
Use the ivermectin with the horse on the box. Tastes better than the others.
Here is the link for americas frontline doctors. They should help you get the pill form immediately sent from the pharmacy.
Praying for the Lordโs healing hands for your granny.

I order Duramectin horse paste from Valley Vet in Missouri...very easy to order...great company...reasonable...easy to measure...
I stick it on the back of my tongue and take a drink of water...not bad...
Mix with applesauce.
I don't even bother...you bypass the taste buds when you put it on the back of the tongue...it would be more trouble with the applesauce...
I do the same thing but Grandma may like it with applesauce better. ๐
She may...but I am a Grandma too...so there is that...haha...
๐ haha!
I took it and put it in a little of toilet paper and swallowed it. just a slight lingering taste.
This far in, she's already behind the curve. Ordering will not arrive in time.
Go to rite aid or Fred Meyer and find quercetin, zinc and D3.
Take 2 quercetin, 50mg zinc and 10k IU D3.
Also take a ton of vitamin c

Black Seed Oil will do if you can't get Ivermectin.
I literally have some at home, thank you.
local farm stores for the paste or liquid - many internet sources have long shipping and UPS I do not know what their strike status is.
Tractor supply for immediate dose then order the pills online.
